Okay so this place has been open for a few months and I have been there a few times so this review is based on my experience dining inside. I went today at around 1pm on a Thursday when most of the schools have early out. The cashier was unfamiliar with how to use the software. This made the line insufferably long. There are two registers but staffing is low and the manager was focused on the drive thru. The cashier got my order wrong (did not ring one order as a combo) and she didn’t know what to do, so I suggested she ring up a new order of small fries and a medium drink. Now I had two orders under my name. I saw my name on the screen twice. About twenty minutes passed and my order did not appear, but I saw a hamburger sitting on a tray for that amount of time thinking it was mine. At this point, the line reached to the door. I decided to check up on my order and the manager said I only had a small fries in my order. I corrected him and he gave me the worst attitude. He said all he saw on the screen under my name was an order of small fries. At this point, my name(s) had disappeared from the dining room screen altogether. I told him the cashier has to ring me up twice because she messed up. At this point other patrons waiting around were commenting about how terrible the service was and a lady came up behind me with her burger being made incorrectly. The manager got mad and told me to go get a refund. I went to the cashier and asked her where my order was so she went to the screen next to manager and pointed it out to him. He was a total a**hol3. They didn’t give my son sauce for his nuggets, so my son went to ask, and the manager flat out ignored him. While I was there, another man came up to me after he saw what transpired to tell me they got his order wrong, a boy took an entire tray full of food back to the manager, and the manager had to help a woman and two children with her order sitting next to me. This place is TERRIBLY managed and understaffed with minimal training that causes the long waits and ONLY puts effort into drive through orders. Had coupon for a $5 Small Dave’s Double Combo, guess the girl who took the order punched in Baconator because the guy at the window was confused when I handed him the coupon. He eventually called over the manager and charged me $6.60, since there were cars starting to line up behind me. I decided to take up the $1.60 tax on $5 purchase at the second window. When I showed the girl my receipt and the $5 coupon she said “we can’t do anything it’s the coupon”. So, I asked for the manager and he seemed confused as well and offered me .50c and tried to assure me he was right! Knowing there were cars behind me I took the money and left. But, wanted to say if he did simple math he could see he was not right. Initial charge was $6 for food and .60c tax which comes to 10% tax. So, if the food is supposed to cost $5, then tax should be.50c for a total of $5.50 and a difference of $1.10 less than what I was charged. The lesson here is - Stay...
Read moreThis location is basically new. Everything's clean and service is quick. They have an outside patio dining area that offers shade as well. For all the other comments about how bad the service is here, I haven't encountered any issues but highly recommend utilizing their phone app for mobile orders. It makes ordering so much easier plus you save time and money with their rewards program among other daily deal offers. Mobile orders can be picked up in the drive thru line but if it's long, just quickly walk in and pick up your order from the mobile order pickup station that you can't miss as soon as you walk inside (right across the registers). There's always plenty of parking here but not sure how busy this location gets when the nearby...
