A little off the beaten path we arrived at Jimmy John's around 11:40 AM. Our family included 4 kids and 4 adults for lunch. This Jimmy John's is near an adventure business that heavily impacts the restaurant around lunch. This location also has a drive through. We made it just before the lunch rush. Our order did not take long and we were very fortunate to find seating. I opted for the Beach Club and my wife had the Tom Turkey. Sandwiches were okay and we both upgraded to the drink and chips for a few extra dollars. This is a place that expects tips for ordering at the counter and although I sometimes think it gets ridiculous I break down and leave a nice tip. Restrooms are clean and they have abundant seating outside, this Jimmy John's is a pretty nice place to grab a bite at noon. My only advice would be to beat the crowd from the adventure school/business. Otherwise good luck finding a seat and be prepared to practice your peepee dance. It will take some time to get into...
Read moreI had ordered TWO 16” turkey Tom’s and a sprite in the drive thru and when I got to the window to pay the kid at the window said it was $11 something and I was that’s low for two 16” sandwiches I though maybe there was deal so I didn’t say anything about it but when the kid only gave me one 8” sandwich I told him we ordered two 16” sandwiches he argued with me saying we did not order TWO 16” sandwiches instead of just admitting that he messed up and ringing me up for the rest of my order. Then we I told him to ring the rest of the order up he still only put in one 8” sandwiches. I love Jimmy John’s turkey Tom’s but this kid does not belong in the service industry and I will will probably not go to this store again (the store is the one in...
Read moreWhen they first opened they were great. Had awesome customer service great food but as time has passed I can't say that its stayed the same. I work customer service so I understand that people seem more angry and harder to please but unfortunately it's what comes with a job that is customer service related. Sometimes you just have to keep a smile (even if it's not real) and do what you can to make them happy or if your just can't seem to please them just get their information to let a manager try make it right in the customer's eyes, but never should you yell or treat them badly... but maybe that is...
