Wow wasn’t impressed with the bud tender this time. I visit Colorado frequently and love to stop here whenever I’m in Glenwood. But after this experience probably going to expand my horizons with the local dispensary. If your in this industry please don’t have a stand offish attitude like you don’t want to deal with me I’m spending my money on the product and believe it should be treated as a customer service based job. Have a good attitude with your customers have a smile too I’m mean you only work in a dispensary why wouldn’t you smile right? Here’s why I’m giving the 2 star review. When I walked up stairs there were 2 bud tenders, the one that was available truly didn’t seem happy to either be there at work today or just didn’t want to deal with a customer. So I walk up say hi how are you doing she asked for my id and after what is like “ok what do you want” like I was in the drive threw at McDonald’s or something with the way she said it no smile no hi how are you today are you looking for anything specific today etc... which was immediately off putting to me which just made me not even want to deal with her. So I start to get a few items and after every item there was just this frown along with ok anything else? With this kind of hurry up and go I don’t want to deal with you attitude, which put me off a little bit because I live in Vegas and all the bud tenders are super customer friendly and just friendly period. Even the dispensary in eagle treated me better and, that’s why I always go there when ever I’m in Eagle. I will say this that this is the only bad experience I’ve had here and the product is great but, that girl needs some training on customer service. Specially if the fellow bud tender next to her is the only one your showing interest in when your talking and laughing about a broken jar, verse showing some sort of enthusiasm and customer service skills when I’m spending my...

This is the worst of all the Green Joints, which really isn't saying much since they're all pretty bad. Literally the lowest quality weed in Glenwood at the highest price only because of their locations. Typical interaction:

Me: What have you got that's good for $20? GJ: Ew, uh, only $20 huh? winces I can only get you something from the C tier. winces again Me: Is there something wrong with C tier? GJ: Uh, well, I guess not. shows the one choice available Me: That's a lot of shake and popcorn buds. GJ: OH, but that's the best part!!

GO TO GREEN DRAGON ON DEVOROUX. THEY HAVE BETTER BUDS AND BETTER PRICES.

Edit: lol you wish this was an employee of your competitor. Instead, it's the common experience for many of your patrons. That you're not acknowledging your responsibility and shifting the blame to your competition proves the point that you couldn't care less what your customers think of your business.

I gone to Glenwood Springs to ski a few times a year and always stop here and only here and yesterday was no different. My 12/26 Southwest flight to Denver from Birmingham, AL was cancelled so my wife, son and I jumped in a rental car and drove appx 1500 miles over 2 days to Glenwood for our trip. We were determined to not let Southwest Airlines screw it up. On the 2nd day of driving, I started having sever neck and trap muscle spasms. I was miserable. I went to The Green Joint and picked out some indica and sativa edibles and a 40:1 topical for my neck. I was $6 short and asked that they put one container of edibles back on the shelf but they refused. She covered what I was short because she could tell that I was miserable. All 3 ladies there that night (12/27/22) are top notch. When you go visit, make sure to ask for Kaitlyn, Justina, and/or Danelle. You won’t be disappointed.
