Underbelly Burger Co. — Restaurant in Glenwood Springs

Absolutely delicious. Best burger I've had in a loooong time. So much flavor! They really STUFF these burgers too, they don't skimp on anything! I had the All My X's burger with the parm fries with gucci sauce, and my husband had the Hellfire burger with dill pickle fries.

Right from the beginning we were greeted so warmly by the owner? and he took the time to go through the menu and make suggestions based on our preferences. The food came out so fast I couldn't believe it. The prices are very fair for how much you get and the quality of the ingredients. Remember, this is a small, local business so if you're looking to save money and don't care about the burger's taste and quality, you should just go to Culver's.

The place is clean and the atmosphere is great. The design of the inside is pleasing to the eye. I'll be back soon for that same burger!! I stole some of my husband's dill pickle fries and they were SOOOO good. Will get those next time!

Like they do with their food Underbelly Burger Co. has all the ingredients to be a great restaurant but fails in the execution.

I ordered the southern chicken sandwich, and taken individually all the ingredients were great, the veggies were fresh and jucy and the chicken was flavorful and moist. Unfortunately the final product was ruined by the amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich. Along with the uneven melted cheese the mayo overwhelmed the flavor of the chicken and other ingredients, resulting in a mediocre sandwich made from great ingredients. They would do well to learn the adage "less is more", less mayo more evenly spread, along with a more evenly applied cheese could make their chicken sandwich truly great.

Overall it probably deserves 3 stars, but my disappointment in the poor use of good ingredients leaves me feeling like it was a 2...

Wow, this place has great options! The upgraded flavoring for fries is awesome (for example, Cajun, Parmesan truffle, Nashville with buffalo mayo, flaming hot, and dill pickle). And, our burgers had an excellent combination of flavors and generous portions. I ordered the Gucci and my husband got the “all my X’s”. Both were tasty! The prices are not “cheap” but are totally in line with Glenwood prices so I believe they are fair for what you get. The atmosphere was nice too- there was good music and a friendly cashier. We will be back and, assuming it continues to impress us, we will recommend it to all our friends and family who come to town. The only thing that could be improved is sourcing locally or having grass fed beef options. I think we’ve found our new favorite burger spot...
