So I’m an employee who has worked here for 6-7 months now . On February 10th I called in sick because I had exposed to 4 positive test results and I had been having a couple minor symptoms . I then went to go get tested at 12am on February 14 or 15 technically. And was told by my doctor I couldn’t go to work until I got my results. So on February 17th my results came back from the lab and I was POSITIVE for covid . I sent in a photo of my positive covid test to the managers . And then I recently just stopped having symptoms on February 24th and I was also advised to stay quarantined from the date of February 17th . So I texted the manager Kendra to see when I could get put back on the schedule and she told me we had to set up a meeting . So I went in for my meeting yesterday the 2nd of March . And was told that I was being fired because my story didn’t add up nor make any sense . I then asked the manager for the reasoning she was firing me and for the HR number because telling me my “story doesn’t add up” isn’t a reasonable reasoning to fire me . I asked and asked for the HR number and no one from this McDonald’s would give it to me . And I also called the store on March 3rd , so this morning and asked if I could have the HR number and I was hung up on 3 different times because I called 3 or 4 times asking if I could have the HR number . Read moreStopped to get a sandwich and fry while traveling, took over half hour, the manager was talking to another manager that was not on duty, while a very new girl running window, and another not as new young teen was handling food for drive. Line for drive was all the way around building. We went in and we're the only ones in line. Ordered our food and waited..after 20 mins the new girl realized we were never served, kindly ask the young man where our order was, which she was clueless of where things were. He saw the computer for inside was never turned on. Manager still talking...Now the line in the inside is backed up as well...Manager still talking...One manager was holding a baby wanting her paycheck and new manager shirts..they were standing there the whole time talking while these young kids were trying to wait on drive and lobby, the boy kept is cool was very apologetic to us and the young girl who was a cashier. I give the kids a 5 star but the manager no for not seeing it was busy on a rainy night and helping the young kids. They get a 1 star. Manager need to be more aware of there surrounding...
Read moreSo first off, we order our food. The lady named “Madelyine” gave us grief about wanting water cups. We were genuinely thirsty and its your job so whats the problem?!?! Next we get our food and we got it to go so we went outside. When we entered our vehicle, we found that we were missing a big mac. How do you miss the biggest thing on your menu?? I don’t know. We go back inside and ask for our big mac. We provide a receipt and have the bag of food. My friend then asked for a water cups because he hadn't gotten one, she got angry and stormed away. So when we were waiting for about 15 minutes for one big mac, she was getting the table markers from other customers. When she got back to the counter, she would throw them right by me and my friend. Some ended up on the floor, at this point other customers had noticed and started laughing. We eventually got our one big mac after waiting 15 minutes. But then she wouldn’t provide my friend his water cup. We waited another 7 minutes after we received the big mac and didn't get the water cup. We then just left out...
