Taco Bell — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Maybe it's all TBs in general, and this one was no exception, but the food AND service was horrid. Everything was ordered for pick-up through their app. When I got to the store, my order was sitting with a couple at a table. They didn't say a thing making me think they had planned on stealing my food. When I told the employee I was there for my order, I got a confused stare and he looked over at the couple and asked, "Did I give you the wrong order?". He then proceeded to pick it up from their table and plopped it in the counter in front of me. Not a single word has been said to me, not even an apology. Also had 3 drinks, one being a slush. No drinks in sight, not even empty cups. I had to ask for the cups to fill up the drinks myself. When I turned around after filling up my own drinks, there slush was sitting on the counter, with the employee no where in sight. This dude needs to be scrubbing toilets all day long with all the fcuks he gives about his job. Anyways, to the food. I got a power bowl as usual, and to the eyes it was already unappealing. Taste-wise, it was even worse. There was a distinct sliminess to the chicken. My wife's burrito had cheese when no cheese was requested. Everything tasted like it's been sitting out all day. 6/30/18 at 10:30pm....There’s always a long line in drive thru, so I took my kids to McDonald’s first to get their food thinking that by the time I finish there, Taco Bell’s line would shrink a bit...WRONG!! They need more help in there. I noticed that there were still people inside the dining area eating. I thought cool, I can go inside to order. As I park my car, I see one of the workers lock up behind a person that left, so I waited until someone else walked out and I was able to get in. As I was coming in I see the same worker walking towards the door as if he was going to tell me that the lobby was closed. But before he could speak I asked him what time does the lobby close? He says 11pm (mind you, it’s 10:35ish now) so I thought to myself (why are they closing the lobby way ahead of time?) I walk up to order and no one comes to take my order. I look at the registers and the drawers are open with no money 🤦🏾‍♀️ They are just looking at me like I’M the crazy one....so I say, “Y’all already closed the registers down?” and the guy says “ Yeah.” I said “What time does the lobby close?” He hesitates and says “11pm.” So I said “so why are y’all locking doors and closing registers early? That’s ridiculous” The guy just walks off so nonchalantly. I kept my cool and left. Never again will I go to that...

My family and myself just had the worst customer experience at this location. The staff was friendly, the building itself was cleaned and they even took our order correctly, but the issue was the order itself. Whenever we got our food it was not made as we asked. No big deal, we will just inform them and have them fix it. As my wife was explaining how she wanted the order (which was not any different from how it showed in the receipt)the manager by the name of Terena, threw the receipt back at my wife. My wife decided to wait at the counter and the manager then decided to be as unprofessional as she could be and said "I'm making your order!", with an attitude and my wife replied with a "Yes, Thank you". This manager made us wait almost 20 mins for us to get our food. We had the staff telling us to call corporate because they knew she was not right. Customers were also vocalizing how wrong the situation was because they were getting there orders before us and they came after us. I began to request to speak to the manager when then she decided to tell us she was going to give us a refund because she made our order wrong.
