Winchell's — Restaurant in Greeley

We were just there and the young gentleman that helped us I believe was new, this isn't his fault for the review. First of all if this young man is new and needed assistance with charging us on items he should've been helped and we were charged incorrectly for 4 items. The problem here is too many hands everywhere. What I mean is he had already placed our order and as the lobby gets full they continue assisting others and mind you we are still waiting on our order and at least 6-7 customers after us got what they ordered. I honestly believe communication and organization needs done. Someone taking the orders, someone making drinks or food and another one charging. The donuts are good ofcourse. I especially love the chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting. The store is usually dimly lot which isn't horrible but could be brighter. The only issue I have is the service. Today I walked in to vulgar lyrics playing on the radio while I waited for someone to come out from the back after yelling "hello?". The girl came with with a bunch of metal in her face acting like I ruined her day. I asked a couple of questions about donuts to which she gave short one word answers. Made an order through door dash for my breakfast before heading to the airport for several items from Winchells on Center Pl., Drive. When the order got here only half the food was in the bag. So I called Winchells the guy trying to argue with me and tell me that it was only three things on the order when there was actually seven. When he pulled up the order he realize that he was wrong and I was right so he contacted door dash to re-deliver the missing items and when the Dasher picked up the missing items he told the Dasher that it was my fault.
