Placed an order for a couples sandwiches, donuts, and iced coffee’s using their Combo Deal. We’ve done this before and it’s worked every time, no issues at all! We made a few normal requests regarding the order like “One Apple Donut” & “Sandwich on Croissant”. We get a text from the driver saying a few things were flubbed, but we were given other things. An entire sandwich is missing, an iced coffee is missing, and we now have a box of donuts we didn’t want. BUT- guess what, not even an Apple Donut in the box. That’s just the start. When my fiancé called in regards to it being wrong, and asking why she wasn’t contacted or given the sandwich she asked for, they were rude and not tuned in. They told her they ran out of croissants, so instead gave us donuts... “Why not just call us and put the sandwich on different bread?” “We didn’t have your contact.” “Why didn’t I get my other coffee at least? Did you run out of coffee too?” “No- your order doesn’t even come with one.” “We’ve done it before, and we still got one... that doesn’t make sense. I hope you have a good day, and do better for the next customer.”

I went in to get two donuts. Because I'm around people who are old and/or haven't been able to get vaccinated, I wore a mask. The clerk made it pretty clear I wasn't welcome. Normally, they pick out your donuts with a piece of sanitary waxed paper. Instead, he rubbed the waxed paper on several (five) unsanitary surfaces before using it to put my donuts in a bag. Then he crumpled up my purchase and handed it to me.
I want to make it really clear that I didn't ask anyone else in the store to wear a mask, or behave differently than a normal donut shop. I just wanted to get in, buy my two donuts, and get out. They even have a sign on the counter asking people to stand 6 feet apart. I don't get it. If you don't want masked people to come in, maybe just put a sign to that effect on the door.

Read moreI was in the store today. There was a customer at the till making an issue about the POS system prices being updated, and not the board. The issue is fair the reaction was not. (If I were management I would change that so the workers don't have to deal with what they did again.) This person was relentless over $0.59 from tax. She made a huge stink, almost made the trainee cry. They male worker helped out, and delivered outstanding customer service this "ultra Karen" did not deserve. He was too kind to her and she walked away with a grin of justice. No justice was served. Those 2 workers didn't deserve what she gave them after the lunch hour today. They deserve a bonus, or kudos, or shout out. Employee of the week/month. I was appauled at the treatment of the employees. I hoped "Karen" would also comment, but I am glad she saved you from...
