I dont understand I got a perfect iced coffee like three day ago. Next I get my same iced coffee and I cant even drink it. No time to go back! That is really aggravating as much as we pay for a drink!
So today I go order my usual. I tell the girl taking the order my ice coffee could not be drunk a couple days ago. Trying again!She never even addressed the issue- acted like I did not say anything. Got it could tell by looking was not right. She drudgedly took it back and said we will remake it. Again its awful! The lady at the window acts like she cant stand her job. Well if your employee dont have good customer service skills - don't put on front lines. That is the businesses livelyhood! We pay too much for our drinks for them to be mad and get poor attitude service. Especially when you tip everytime because, you know the employees get to split that. I'm worried if we have two more coming to town? Hopefully, their is pride in their work! Guess I'm going to bite the bullet and walk in for a third remake -
Walked in made wrong again. Made a second time was better. If someone tells you creme drizzled over the top you dont put the syrup in and then put creme in and then ice and coffee. So I get back to my car and open my sand. I ordered which is now cold and this is what it looks like! I'm not earing it. Not sure what all that black char looking stuff is on it!🤔 My last time to this Starbucks. I will go to east washington where they know how to do it right. Sorry how many chances are you suppose to give to get it right.
Did not make drinks right several times. Did not give me full order at drive thru window.

Me, years ago... last visit, literally (no purchase made) made me want to HURL! "THANKS, 'BUCKS" for changing bathrooms to "unisex" leaving those "identifying" as ♀to put the toilet lids DOWN/wipe the seat after those "identifying" as ♂.... this site, inparticular, was especially filthy! As patrons sat transfixed by their screen, oblivious to surroundings and obviously not continuing to order (read they="Starbucks squatters!") staff, definitely NOT busy, even from drive -thru orders, was oblivious to length of time between restroom checks! Yo, staff: unisex cans=unique mess needing CONSTANT attention to avoid mess piling up. Case in point, when visiting Ruoff Center, NOBLESVILLE, IN's outdoor concert arena, their"separated" sex restroom facilities have where monitors working INSIDE to cheerfully (no lie) direct patrons to next open stall in order to keep things, ahem, flowing AND constantly observe can "cleanliness." Interestingly, perhaps due to peer pressure, stalls and sinks and trash area were super clean despite some patrons being smashed/drunk. If cans catering to literally hundreds of people (some drunk) PER HOUR can be kept clean, then Starbucks has NO EXCUSE-- ZERO, ZILCH, NADA--as to why cans used by customers on caffeine highs can't also ALWAYS be kept clean, clean, clean, especially since their INDOOR customer per hour number pales in comparison to that at the Ruoff Center,...

Me and my brother and grandma were having a long day and we asked for a pink drink,Iced caramel macchiato,caramel ribbon frappe. So this is the part that got me so mad. Me and my brother got our drinks in a very good time and, We were waiting for my grandmas drink. She got a caramel ribbon frappe we thought it would be quick but we waited for her drink for around 50 minutes to a hour. And we said hey it been a while were is my drink cause my drink was half way done and my brother already finished his drink. And the barista or manager said the pink drink and iced caramel macchiato was a hot drink and was served from the hot bar. And we don’t know what that is but we didn’t get hot drinks. And all the drinks were 18$ with tax. Plus with a 2$ tip. And the barista or manager was like my grandma was the bad person. The barista or manager said theres only one person working back here and there was like 3 or 4 people working back there getting people’s orders. The barista or manager also said we can’t get the frappe’s at the point when people were getting there frappe’s. And she yelling loud for other people to hear.
