Love the family atmosphere. The owner knows me and my family and stops to talk to us.

Since that visit the staff has changed. Took my granddaughter back there Friday evening. We both got the buffet. It started out to be a good meal. My granddaughter had went to the buffet for her second plate of the lowmein noodles. We were laughing and talking about her basketball game. She looked down at her fork as she was getting ready to eat her noodles. She stopped and looked at me and asked if I saw the hair in the noodles. It was wound through the noodles. She slowly pulled the hair out and it was about 4 inches long. I immediately stop o e of the staff. She took our statement and walked away. Shortly another person stopped by to talk with us. They walked away and before we left two others came by to ask us about the hair in her food. Never did they apologize or offer to take her meal off the bill. They just ignored us after the fourth person talked with us. A couple did not even speak English and she had to speak into a phone hopefully where it translated what she said truthfully. I have never been treated so badly in this restaurant in the years I have been going there. I will not go back to a place that accepts hair being In the food and does nothing about it. I could not finish my food and I did not have the noodles. I had to go by Burger King and get her something to eat since she could not finish her meal at...

I'm surprised the health department has not shut this place down. I do not normally post a review this bad but someone needs to report this restaurant. Unless they fix things I highly suggest not eating here. The food is cold, unrotated and been sitting out too long. When I discussed this food shortage and/or dried out crispy Critters on their buffet bar they did nothing about it. The Food Administration has a certain temperature that all Buffet bars must meet and this one Falls way below that. I don't think they understood that just keeping the bar clean does not constitute for keeping it healthy for people to eat off of. When I left I was horrified to see a cockroach run across the floor I reported this as well and they stated that somebody had been there and sprayed for bugs so they definitely know about this problem but again are not taking it seriously. There was also broken equipment in the restroom which someone not being careful could get cut on because they use Scotch tape to fix the soap dispenser cracks if I had not seen it I could have cut myself. Buffet bar and floor is clean but...

Terrible. My friend was just here couple of months ago. Was told the buffet was clean, food was good and fresh. Now the restaurant is under new management. There is more American food than Chinese food. She apologized for bringing me there. The food was overcooked and dry. The temperature of the food was lukewarm. The only item edible was the egg drop soup. I was very disappointed. When we voiced our opinion and concerns we were told not to come back. I don't like leaving negative reviews about an establishment but that was a very rude remark it was said as we were leaving. He did not think we heard him. My friend let him know very politely that she would not be returning. There was also an issue about the price. I showed them on the website the price. I was told that it was wrong it was a screenshot from three years ago. OK. Take it down. That is misleading. I am aware that mistakes happen but, there is no reason to be rude. We came from Indianapolis to eat here because of the word of mouth that it was good. My advice do...

I used to come here when I was younger, 10 years ago, and it was so good. Perfect Midway point to meet my dad for dinner. Told my fiance about it and we thought we'd try it on our way home from a night in Indy, it was not good like I remembered. The sushi sucked, just salted imitation crab and cream cheese basically. Everything else sort of tasted the same ...salty and sweet and too much drowned in sauce. Took pics of our food before trying, and it looks delicious, but our eyes deceived us and for the first time ever at a restaurant I felt like a jerk for wasting so much food. I couldn't even get down half of the egg roll. If you like everything looking pretty but tasting like sugar/soy sauce mixture then you won't mind it. I gave it a 2 because there were options for picky kids, and the crystal shrimp tasted good like coconut shrimp but did make me feel nauseated. Maybe old fry oil? Idk but definitely sucked to night get our Chinese fix :(

I stopped at this exit during a long trip for the typical McNugs n' Sauce when I spotted this little gem of a place. I went in and grabbed a pound of Chinese food for the road and was glad I did. They were very busy at the time, so many of the dishes were out or in the process of being restocked. Consequently, everything was fresh. The bourbon chicken was blander than most I've tried. The pepper chicken was more heavily breaded and less peppery than I'm used to. The sushi was all cooked. Even with these shortcomings, it still hit the spot. They do allow you to get a few pieces of sushi in your to-go box, which I happily tried. This will be on my short list of food stops in the future when traveling through Indiana.
