Vapor Madness — Local services in Greenfield

I would like to start my review complementing the extremely warm, gracious, and knowledgeable staff. I have been vaping for several years and really enjoy the hobby side of vaping. There knowledge was on point and enjoyed our discussion about Lost Vape products.

The pricing is great for the market and it was explained to me that if I join there loyalty program I could earn 5 dollars for every 50 I spent and use one 5 dollar off per 25 dollar or more purchase. Plus they have buy one get one 50% off on weds during happy hour. Sweet action for a juice hog like me.

While I was there a customer whom was new to Vaping came into the shop and was treated with the same respect and kindness shown to myself. They walked them through the different offerings and watched over them as they setup there new purchase. Of course I had to chime in and congratulate them on no longer being a smoker!!!

This shop is A plus!!! The atmosphere is just awesome and I can’t wait to go back and chill which they encouraged me to do.

This Vapor Madness like the other two locations is amazing! Product selection and ejuice inventory is second to none in the area! Employees are all very knowledgeable and always seem to make the time to help even when they are busy.

I’m thankful these Vapor Madness stores are local for me. I’ve been to many vape stores throughout the Midwest and the south. I typically stop and check out stores when on a business road trip or on vacation just to see if there is something I don’t usually see or can get near home as I much prefer brick and mortar stores and small businesses over online shopping. This store is on the top of the list as one of the best I’ve been to from the products they carry, to the ejuice lines, to the employees, all the way down to the awesome decor of the shop!

I have been coming here for a while. My wife had our son with her and was informed that she would need to do a curbside order since he is a child. So she called in and placed her order for cake batter and blue slushie vape juice. Once I got home and saw that we were given a blueberry cobbler, I returned to the store and asked if I could exchange the incorrect unopened juice that the employee had handed my wife for the correct one. I was told that there is nothing that they can do once it goes out the door. So I proceeded to then pay another $26 for the correct one when it should have been just swapped out. Very...
