QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Greenfield

My initial review was taken down for some reason so I will summarize. A good portion of the chicken on my tacos was charred black. I called to ask about how to go about getting a refund, and was nice as I could be about it. The manager who answered me, a lady, accused me of lying and said she cooked the chicken herself so I wasn’t going to get a refund. I offered to physically bring the food back in to show her and she simply continued insisting the chicken was fine and that I wouldn’t be refunded for the awful experience. Mind you I still had the food. I offered to show her what was wrong with it in person. She insisted I wouldn’t be refunded. Charred meat in my tacos, not even edible. I was nice about addressing it and this was how I was treated. I’m a repeat customer but I think I’m done after this. Totally rude and unacceptable and a waste...

I recently visited Qdoba, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! Their bowls are absolutely amazing — the number of options you can choose from is incredible. Whether you're in the mood for grilled chicken, steak, or even vegetarian options, there's something for everyone. You can fully customize your bowl with a variety of fresh ingredients, from salsas to guacamole, and even different kinds of rice and beans. It’s like building your own perfect meal every time.

On top of the delicious food, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were patient as I took my time deciding on my ingredients, and the entire process felt smooth and welcoming. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for a customizable meal with excellent service....

This was my first time eating at a Qdoba ever, and I had been excited to try it out. The location was good and the food I ended up with was good. However, there were a few issues: the first being that they gave me a kid's protion bowl (which I did not ask for), and I didn't even realize it until I got towards the end of the line (since, again, I had never been to Qdoba before). Whoever it was that was working the register on 8/1/22 at about 12:15 PM was the one that made this a disappointing visit. She told me the price and I was confused, and as I tried to reexamine the menu and she flatly told me, "You ordered from the kids menu...you got the kid's menu." And basically seemed like she couldn't be bothered to fix it, and wanted me to pay and leave. Such a terrible first experience, and I will never go back to the Greenfield...
