Feels ridiculous to vent about a Dunkin Donuts, but wow. Have gone to this location here and there over the last few years, and it seems like - even for a DD - it's suddenly gone downhill in terms of service. I went today and ordered through drive thru, and when I pulled up to pay, the order was a bit messed up. No big deal initially, and I told these three girls at the window, who were all staring at me with dead eyes, that I wasn't annoyed at all, but if they could just correct the order. I told them I'd pull around up front so I wouldn't hold up the line. One of them brought out the food and .... again it was wrong. I still wasn't even upset, just told her it wasn't right, if she could correct. A moment later noticed that another part of the order was wrong, I finally thought to run in and ask what was up and - to be transparent, ask for a refund for a relatively simple order that took nearly 15 minutes to receive. The regional manager fellow was there and quickly brushed me off saying that the girl was crying. I had no intention of making this poor girl upset and wasn't rude to her at all, but like the previous reviewer wrote, it was one mistake after the next and just...maybe... train these girls better??? The older fellow seemed part of the problem here and gave me an attitude when I went in to ask him about it. Honestly just going to skip this place from now on. Read moreWanted to premise by saying that Dunkin is one of my favorite coffee shop chains and usually very convenient. I visit more than 3 times a week, in a normal week, and I usually have quite a good experience. However, tonight was not a great experience. I first went to the Dunkin closest to my apartment but they didn’t have the ingredients to make my drink which was no biggie, they normally make my drink every visit and are usually good and I understood since they were closing they didn’t have the ingredients. That led me to go to this store which I have visited multiple occasions throughout the past few months and the lady taking my order seemed nice, however, the quality of the product was terrible. I get the same drink made every single time I go to any Dunkin and this store has tasted the worst out of any Dunkin I’ve ever visited. I’ve even traveled as far out as Arizona and got Dunkin there and there’s no store that makes my drink as inaccurate and disgusting as this store. I pulled back around and told the worker that my drink did not taste good to where I was met with an older, Caucasian woman who seemed to be the manager but she was absolutely rude. Update: 1/18/22 After a snow event yesterday I arrived at this location expecting it open since the mobile app reported it was. I found the parking lot a mess of ice and snow but spotted a lone employee (sitting inside looking at her phone) so I proceeded to drive through where I was ignored. Really wanting my DD fix, I placed a mobile order and proceeded to the drive up window. The employee explained that she was “putting on a headset” . Does it really take more than 5 minutes to put a headset on? After telling me they aren’t open. I explained placing a mobile order. A manager appears next and tells me I have to wait 5 minutes for a cash drawer to be available for my refund. I tell him that his and my time are worth more than that and depart.😡
