On Thursday August 3rd. I called and placed an order for 2 salads. After placing my order I informed the gentleman that I would like to pay with my debit like several times before he informed me that the credit card machine was down and that he was only taking cash. Is it when I call Early in order there's always something wrong with the credit card machine when he's working. My phone dropped the call I called right back no answer I had to call back maybe about two times before he picked the phone up he told me that the only way I can order is if I was paying cash. I was placed on hold in a manager by the name of Fred came to the phone he was very rude and unconcerned about not accepting credit card payments His response was well it's an old. I asked him how does that help me and he could not answer my question and informed me that he could not answer my question. He then abruptly ended the conversation by saying I'll just fix the machine and quickly place me on hold he came back to the line a few minutes later and said the machine is fixed and he was happy to take my order I explained to him that I do not feel comfortable placing an order with him because of the condescending way he was speaking to me. I then asked him if I could speak to the owner or his boss that's when he told me that he is the boss and that there is no other person to speak with and that he's sorry that I didn't like my experience he was speaking over me the whole entire time I kept asking him for a corporate number or his boss name and number then he hung up in my face. I have been placing orders with this restaurant for over 7 years and I have never had anyone speak to me in the manner that he spoke to me I will never order another thing from this blackjacks pizza...
Read moreSnowiest day of the season! I called ahead to see what the delivery situation was... the guy who answered said they were running at least an hour/hour and a half. No problem, I’ll pick up. He asked that I place it online, they said it will get in quicker. No problem! Placed the order online and the same guy instantly called me to remind me that they were a bit backed up. No problem. What I wasn’t prepared for was three men working their $@& off! These guys were answering phones, tossing pizzas, making salads, preparing deliveries... When I walked in, they were so nice and respectful. Apologized for the delay and had my food right on time.
So I had this internet coupon right. And I orderd for the coupon listing a medium specialty pan pizza and a medium 1 topping pizza with a salad a drink and an order of 10 chicken wings. Coupon was $26.99 plus delivery fee and tax. With a $4 delivery fee should have been $30.99. Instead the total came out to 5824 and charged my debit card before I could do anything about it. And to cancel the order the money would be held for 7 to 10 days before being refunded to me so I'm stuck with this okay Pizza which is good an okay salad that taste nothing but like green peppers in it and we told them online no green peppers.
