0 stars. BEWARE!!! BED BUGS!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stayed at this hotel through a company work trip, upon checking in - or attempting to anyways, the front desk representative by the name of Zara was immediately unfriendly and displayed no great customer service. She would not let a guest, who was listed on the guest list for the reservation through our company, check in. We got to the hotel at 9:00 PM and didn't even get our room until like 9:45. Even though the name was on the list. A couple of other crew members (from our same company, mind you) came in after 45 minutes of us waiting and were allowed to check in immediately even after she said it was a "billing issue"?! Weird. This hotel had an interesting smell, no biggie. We got our rooms after 45 minutes of waiting. Rooms have a funny scent much like the hotel itself but again, what can you do? It's a hotel. We left this hotel to go out to eat at around 9:30 PM and got back around 12:30 AM. I went to bed and woke up at around 1:30 AM to use the restroom and found a bed bug. We took a photo and immediately checked our things and the bed. There wasn't any other signs but regardless one bed bug means there's probably more. We went downstairs and spoke to a gentleman at the front desk, who proceeded to tell us in the last 4 years he was there, there has been 2 incidents of bed bugs. Okay, whatever. One should be enough, but at this point it was late and we were offered a new room - it's late and we're just trying to get some rest. He gave us trash bags to put our belongings in so we can wash them immediately the next morning since the washer and dryers were closed until 8 AM. The next morning, ZARA, came into the room 322 and proceeded to indirectly call us liars. Told us the photo taken, at 1:30 AM, was not the properties bedding. I have an iPhone that does show the time stamp and exact location of where the photo was taken. The photo was taken with flash and zoomed in. We tried to show her how the photo was taken and the fabric of the bed as the photo was taken. She even asked if we kept the bug and why we didn't take a video when we found it. Like are you serious?!? She proceeded to dismiss our concerns and showed NO empathy for this situation. She recorded us the entire time which is great, we recorded her also and have many videos. We had a total of 4 rooms, and after the incident of practically being told we are liars, we went to room 304 where a few of our crew was staying and within one of the beds there was blood stains, much like bed bug stains, all over the bed. We did take a video of the room's walls so you can see the room. Zara was dismissive, had horrible customer service skills, and showed NO concern for her property displaying not only one, but two, rooms with bed bugs being present. We tried to express our concerns and show proof but she proceeded to say we were threatening her when we simply asked for the policy for bed bugs and to see the last bed bug inspection. We acted as any guest would when finding a bed bug and wanted some sort of assurance or concern from the company. There was ZERO. She called the cops expressing she felt threatened. We did not threaten this woman, she was rude from the moment we walked in. Many other reviews on yelp and google have expressed dissatisfaction with this particular representative ZARA's behavior. We have many recordings and photo. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!! Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Arriving at check-in, I had mixed feelings about the hotel. The hotel was budget-friendly, but I was expecting a certain level of comfort. The Sleep Inn wasn't overly low-end, but I have to admit I still prefer the reliability of a Holiday Inn. One pleasant surprise was the cleanliness and modern appearance of the hotel. It looked newly painted, and there were no noticeable stains on the carpets in the common areas. However, I did notice a very musty smell in the corridors, which was a bit off-putting. Not to mention the room stank. My room, unfortunately, had some issues. The shower head was malfunctioning, spurting water out the top and flooding the bathroom floor, which was quite inconvenient. The windows seemed more like screens when it came to blocking out the noise from the interstate. This made for a somewhat loud and restless night but could provide white noise too for those into that sort of thing. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to I-25 and the nearby Target store was convenient for any shopping or errands you might need to run. On a positive note, there was a pool available for guests to use, which could be a nice way to relax after a long day of travel. There is also a fitness center. One disappointment was the size of the bed in my room. It was a full bed instead of a queen, which felt a bit cramped. In the morning, I decided to try the "Morning Medley" breakfast. A special note for guests, it requires a hotel key for access. The quality of the breakfast items left much to be desired, as the apple juice tasted sour, and the eggs were watery and cold. While it wasn't the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had, it certainly didn't come close to making the top. In light of the budget-friendly stay, most of the above disappointments can be overlooked; however, a major letdown and issue during my stay was the aggressive housekeeping. Despite the check-out time being at 12, housekeepers started knocking on my door as early as 10:13, and again at 10:25, even though I was already in the process of packing. This experience left a negative impression and added unnecessary stress to the morning of our departure. In conclusion, the Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center is a budget-friendly option with some cleanliness and modernity to offer, with the inclusion of a breakfast. However, it has its fair share of drawbacks, including noisy surroundings, an underwhelming breakfast, and housekeepers who have zero regard for their guests. If you're looking for a quick overnight stay with easy access to the interstate and nearby shopping, it might suffice but don't expect a top-tier experience

I think that cleanliness is important not only for aesthetics, but specifically for people who have sensitive allergies and/or sinuses. My spouse and I recently stayed here for a weekend. We had originally booked for two nights, but stayed only one night because our eyes and noses feel itchy, raw, and sentitive to the air we were breathing. Almost instantly, upon entering our room, we realised a smell of mildew, and my spouse's nose began running. I began looking at the fixtures in the room to see if they were clean, or to get an idea of how old they were. Eventually I found myself starting at the sprinkler heads in the room, as they had dust and debris on them, seemingly looking like they had not been cleaned for several months. Eventually I looked at the vent in the bathroom, as our allergies were the worse in there, to find the must disgusting vent I have ever seen in a hotel/inn. I have attached the photos so it can be viewed! (I hope they can be seen) We both felt so sick to see this vent, that we left that day. The money wasn't worth staying another night. When leaving I did ask the receptionist, who was at the desk playing games on his phone, and on a personal phone call, when last the fixtures, and room, had been renovated. He confirmed it had been at least 15 years, which made sense. All five of your senses will pick up on that quite quickly. I do want to say, I understand that you pay for what you get. But cleanliness should be guaranteed if you are paying anything more than $50 a night; at least. But, the location was convenient so it wasn't a completely horrible stay.

UPON MY ‘INITIAL ARRIVAL’…. I was placated with false frontlines of whom I ‘thought’ were professionaI people. As of April 3rd, 2025, I’ve been a Choice guest for 70+ days consecutively. I’m in the media: in a medley of different sectors to which are straight forward, understandable & rewarding. One of the things I do that most would have no idea, is share my in-depth views and analysis on service-oriented businesses in the public. I’m objective, fair.. and the powers that be, trust me beyond comprehension and rely on my opinions to make bigger decisions than you can possibly imagine.. BECAUSE I’m honest with my words in opinion.. based on my experiences documented during my time of observation regarding that business and its practices.

THIS PARTICULAR ‘SLEEP INN’, has more ‘issues’ than ‘National Geographic’ and ‘Time’ magazines put together!!

ZARA.. another front desk associate… (but, based upon her calling my room 3 times in an hour, proceeded by pounding on my door demanding payment last week, WHILE I was on the phone making arrangements on the spot to have it Zelle’d to me by a vendor), highly suggests… ZARA is the OWNER!! (Unless Zara ‘consumed’ a tad too much that morning with her coffee concoction.)

MICHAEL.. the actual GM.. who ACTUALLY TOLD ME that it’d been ‘handed down to him’ that the food at the breakfast bar was for guests.. (which I was a guest) ‘for breakfast consumption during breakfast times only’ and was not permitted to be taken upstairs to our rooms for consumption other than said breakfast time???… I LITERALLY THOUGHT I WAS BEING VIDEOTAPED & WAS WAITING FOR ASHTON KUTCHER TO COME OUT FOLLOWED BY HIS ENTOURAGE OF FILM PRODUCTION.. “YOU JUST GOT PUNK’D”!….. DISTRAUGHT!! APPALLED!! SHAMED!… The only words to describe how this left me. I’ve never felt more violated, victimized as to what I should/shouldn’t consume! Someone actually saw this happen, whose name I’ll remain nameless for anonymity purposes and respect, and handed me a card of one of the states most prominent and highly respected P.I.’s (Personal Injury Attorney) in the state of Colorado. I still have that card! I took that card out of my wallet this afternoon and called the name of said attorney. After speaking with said attorney for 15 minutes.. his voice went from sympathetic and professional.. to excited and already pre-victorious; said he’d be DELIGHTED & HONORED to not only ‘gladly accept’ this case.. due to the fact I have a credible witness source who’s credibility is nothing short of 100% iron-clad and willing to testify to this matter, the attorney calmly & collectively ASSURED A ‘WIN’ IN COURT so easily & effortlessly .. it even has the possibility of becoming the new reigning landmark case in Colorado history within the hospitality industry.. he offered to lower his fee down to 25%, as this could retire him and will hit frontlines of every major media mogul in the state AND country! We’re scheduled to sit down tomorrow.. the day before my 55th birthday.. and discuss how we’ll be approaching this.

CYNTHIA..!!!! Supposed, ‘front desk associate, only’.. (redhead in glasses.. approximately early 60’s.. acts & speaks as if in her prime.. axe-to-grind, disgruntled.. scathing tongue masked by bipolarity.. or, in her case tri-polarity.. Yeah! You know the one) I’d had the utter dismay of ‘hearing about from another guest’.. as she’s conveying to Michael (GM) .. how Cynthia had displayed the same dual-personality demeanor to HER, as she’d displayed to ME.. a while she’d conveyed this to Michael (GM).. no assurance that ‘it wouldn’t happen again’ was given.

CYNTHIA proceeded to tell me yesterday at approximately 3:30pm, I was locked out of my room for ‘late payment’, when I’d already conferred with Carlos at 1:45pm, ‘force-placed’ a reservation for $82, when.. under my Diamond-Elite Choice Rewards Member status & a currently active, ‘70-Day-Consecutive-Stay’ track.. was told I not only had to leave.. she personally escorted me to my room to gather my things and that she’d wait there until I was...
