I experienced the all-you-can-eat-sushi option. My pictures included hamachi (yellowtail), unagi (eel), spicy scallop, ono (white tuna), seared pepper tuna, kani (imitation crab), tako (octopus), masago (smelt eggs), Hawaiian rolls (crab meat, spicy tuna, cucumber, topped with tuna & spicy tuna), seared pepper albacore, saba (mackerel), hokki gai (clam), tobiko (fish egg), ikura (salmon roe), gal bi (marinated beef short ribs), calamari, fried tofu, and octopus balls. Everything seemed fresh with proper textures. I would say the fried tofu wasn't what I expected with aged-tofu, and the breaded crust threw me off since it should be naked and seared-like. It also lacked flavor given they could have utiltized the breading as a vehicle to bring flavor to the tofu. The marinated beef short ribs are limited per person, which I totally understand for its profit margin. It was surprisingly good. The tendon wasn't tough, and you can work everything off the bone if you know your way around boned-in cuts with your mouth. The octopus balls were a little filling and on heavy side if you're going for max experience with different items. The fried calamari was decent. They were best eaten hot; otherwise, the grease taste sets in and become heavier. I didn't go for max calories intake and was focused on having all the available experience. For $30.95, it was decent experience.

It has been a few years since I ate at this place so since I was in the area today I decided to give them a try again. They have a QR code check in system, but it wouldn't work on my phone. At least they understand this and allow you to check in at the front. The sushi was fast, but all the other food takes too long to get to you. At one point we had been waiting for 25 minutes for some shrimp tempura and when we asked about it the waitress said they were switching the cooking staff so they had gotten behind. When we checked in 20 minutes later when we were ready to leave the waitress said it should be coming out any minute and gave it to us in a to go box. They have a time limit posted of 1.5 hours for customers to be there, but if their kitchen is that far behind for an appetizer then they need more staff. If you want your food in a decent time only order the sushi. Don't bother with any of the other food or you may not get it.

For an All-You-Can-Eat service, this is the best you can get in Denver, @mayb 30 a person? You can get sick on food and they won't ask you to chill 😆. Sushi is what you'd expect, smaller fish portions, maybe a 3.9/5, but they still pay tons of attention to detail and go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and get everything that you need. The tempura lobster roll and BBQ Beef rolls are my fave, almost entirely sure the lob is real and not crab stick. The appetizers on the AYCE menu are really worth exploring, it's definitely short order stuff but the kitchen is paying tons of attention there. Them mayo'd squid balls or fish cakes or whatever they are are nuts, as is whatever glaze is on the fresh water eel. Really great for first and second dates. Havana location's food is slightly better, expect to wait for 20 min at all of them.

We have been regulars at this restaurant since it opened, typically coming in monthly, because of the history of great service, great food, and value for the price for the all you can eat. We hadn't been in a few months though and were excited to return, but we had a very uncomfortable experience yesterday that has me reeling and wondering if things have gone downhill. First, we were served a LOT of items that we didn't order. Some we were able to turn away, but others were things like a roll that we didn't order on a platter of rolls that we did order. With all the extra food, we then couldn't finish everything (exactly correlating to how much extra we were given). We had a discussion with the server about what happened since we are very familiar with the policy to be charged for uneaten food (although, in many years of eating there we have never been charged). We then waited at least 15-20 minutes for our check (with young children) and finally got someone to bring it to us. They brought the check and I was relieved they didn’t charge us extra, gave my credit card, saw 2 servers talking about it, and then they brought it back to me with an additional $28 on it (they added the cost of 2 children's meals without telling me)!!! I wish I would have said something then but I had the anxious young children who had already waited so long and I was in shock with what just happened as I have NEVER had someone increase the cost of a restaurant bill AFTER taking my card, especially without talking to me about it. After leaving I have become more and more livid and am debating if I can even trust returning here again.

In addition, they were completely out of dessert which my birthday children were really wanting AND there definitely was NOT 6 feet between parties. We wanted to do takeout due to COVID-19 but the all-you-can-eat type packages were no longer available to order online. The people behind us in line were coughing and sneezing too, so with that kind of clientele and lack of proper distancing, we may get sick now too. What should have been a special dinner was left soured because of the way service has...

This sushi place used to be my favorite. We would come here with family and friends whenever we wanted sushi for the past 10 years. I would always recommend friends and family here because it was always a good time. This past time we’ve gone has easily become the last time ever going. We waited about 30 minutes to get a table which isn’t a problem, however they are unwelcoming at the door. The service was terrible, the waiter was incredibly rude, and since COVID it has only been going downhill. Doing all you can eat. I’ve noticed they don’t bring you everything you order or the proper quantity thinking you’ll forget about it. If I’m paying for all you can eat I expect to get exactly what I order not less and not more. Coming here so often I think I know what we’ll be able to finish. It seems like I’m not the only one complaining about the exact same waiter based on the reviews. I have never experienced service this terrible at a restaurant. I did notice that since we were a party of 6 there was an automatic service charge of $33 which he did not deserve whatsoever. He didn’t deserve a tip period. It explains why he would care less about the service he was offering. We would finish plates and they’d be sitting there for at least 20-30 minutes. By the time we would get something that we ordered we wouldn’t want it anymore. I asked him where the sushi is after 30 minutes of ordering he said “we’re busy you need to be patient.” If you can’t handle a high volume and stressful environment you’re at the wrong job. You have no right to let it out on the customers. The ice cream is cheap since it’s “included.” I’m not sure why they added it to the menu to begin with. We left without ever receiving at least 3 of our items. If you’re unable to do all you can eat service simply...

This place has gone downhill fast! Havana location is so much better. Came here and paid 72 for two people all you can eat sushi. The service was HORRIBLE. Every single time we had to send multiple papers in order to recieve the same items of food we wanted. We DID NOT get to eat 50 percent of the appetizers we asked for when I asked our waitress she kept saying you didnt mark it I sent the paper 3 TIMES for the same item. She literally kept lying to my face. What I did notice is that a older guy who walks around and checks tables was grabbing papers but what I saw explained why we werent receiving our food. He would take the paper and go toward the back but not towards the kitchen he wasn't even giving the papers to the kitchen he was setting them where there was refrigerated drinks where the waitresses kept going with receipts The reason I say this becuase from where I was sitting I could see everything. What a scam seems like a tactic in order no to really eat all you can eat. I was super mad and let them know polietly and everytime i mentioned to the server she didnt acknowledge and completely changed the subject and literally RAN AWAY like she was busy she would leave me hanging talking. This is not ok. By the way they would bring me sushi that wasnt mine and I would tell the server and she was say yes it is yes it us! I am not gonna eat a sushi thats not what I ordered especially its one I dont like. Becuase they do charge you for left overs. If it was one that I like then fine we dont mind eating it but dont lie and try to force us when in reality its not ours. One of the sushi plates we saw they didnt wanna waste it so we literally saw three tables reject the order and thats when they came over to us and we said that is not ours becuase it...
