We were excited to try out this location. It took about 25 minutes to make it through the line, with only three customers ahead of us. Everything was filthy. The employee helping us (blonde hair heavyset girl with nose ring), had the most filthy uniform, and would not pay any attention to what she was doing. We had to repeat everything twice for her, and she notably sucked the energy out of the place. The tables were not cleaned. I will say, a dude with long hair and a blue bandana came out and started to bring the energy back and got stuff done. I understand feeling busy on a Saturday at 2pm. I don’t understand a health-focused restaurant treating their ingredients like slop and their customers like pests. Yikes, guys.

My wife and I got a bowl but I got more bowl then food. Never ordered from cava but our server kept mumbling and staring at me when I asked questions on what I can get. The ventilation was really loud so I wasn't sure what he was saying, even after asking him to repeat himself multiple times. The steak was pretty chewy and flavorless although I didn't have to worry too much since the server made sure to give me a small amount. My wife ordered the lamb, she said hers was skimpy also, but she did say it was tasty. The total was $32 for both bowls but it was hardly worth it.

The food is great, the dining room is consistently dirty however. I mean crumbs on every table, floor no swept, tables so sticky you feel compelled to go wet some napkins and wipe them down yourself since the staff apparently cant be bothered kind of dirty. Came two days in a row. One during the lunch rush on saturday, the other at 4pm the following day. It is consistent. Photos included of the dining room and my own table with receipt for time stamp. The gunk you see on the table is sticky and grimey, would not come off with a wet napkin.

We used Cava Catering to cater lunch for elementary school teacher appreciation. This was the best decision we could have made!!! We had 80 staff members and we needed to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free diets. We ordered a bowl bar which included chicken, falafel, and sweet potato options. We were able to order SO MANY topping options, 3 different dressings, a few sauces, 2 kinds of hummus and pita bread & chips. The bowl bar also provided rice and lettuce options so people could make rice bowls or salads. Cava employees guided us so well to meet these dietary restrictions and the allergy menu was very clear. The staff members at school raved about the taste of the food!!! Many had never heard of Cava and asked where to find it. The people that had heard of it were so excited to have their favorite food at school. To say it was a huge hit is definitely an understatement. Working with Neal to arrange the catering order was a breeze. He was so helpful with our questions, texted me pictures of the serving pans, and even accommodated us by opening early that day so we could get the food early enough for the first teacher lunchtime. When I arrived to pick up our order, Neal was ready and waiting for me. The food was all labeled and organized, and he helped me shift warm foods into my insulated bags for transport. We planned exactly right for the main course options for 80 people, but we had SO much extra rice, toppings, and dressing that we were able to provide leftovers for a second day of lunch for the staff!!! They were pumped! Cava will have so many more customers raving about their food after these 80 staff members experienced it. And as a PTCO we are raving about how easy it was to cater lunch with this Cava location. We will plan for it again and we know the staff won't mind the repeat. If you need a caterer or just a dang good meal, Cava is a fantastic option. Thank you Neal...

This is the most well-ran branded restaurant in the Denver-Tech Area. Which is a huge accomplishment considering how busy they tend to be. They always put the greatest effort in making sure they create an inviting place. No matter how busy it can be, you can always find some space and enjoy your meal.

All of the employees are very considerate and understanding. I have never dealt with a rude employee and they always invite an open hand whenever I see them. They are always well prepared and never let their customers down by running out of an item. So the customers can always expect to get exactly what they want.

I have been going to this CAVA ever since they opened up and they always put in the best effort possible. I have never felt like I was ignorable or just another customer. They always remember who I am and they always give me the greatest effort.

The Tech Center is a tough place to run a restaurant like this. It is never one where things will ever be easy to deal with demand. But CAVA does it better than anybody else and I have never seen them take it easy. Which cannot be said with similar restaurants in the area.

If you are a fan of their food style, you can’t ask for a better place to get...

I went in on 03/21. I walked into dirty tables, I wasn’t planning on dining in but for someone who is, it was quite unpleasant. This was my first time visiting so I was very unsure of what to get. I told the lady who was prepping my food that it was my first time and if she can tell me what is the most popular dish. She looked at me and didn’t say a thing. I repeated myself and again she said nothing. So I just picked a random thing off the menu and she says “yeah!”… this experience was very strange and it made me feel like I was a burden. All I did was ask what’s the most popular dish, and get caca service in return. Also the lady at the end of the counter who was putting the garnish on wasn’t being all that sanitary. She dipped into a tray for the hummus and let it touch all my food that was already in the bowl and put it back into the tray, she did this with all the garnish I ordered! The food was just ok, there’s really nothing special about it. The overall experience was less than ok, just maintain a clean place, give customers a great HELPFUL experience, and serve the...
