Finally decided to review since it's happened all three times I've attempted to get a drink from this location (twice this winter, once last winter). Customer service is terrible. This is a very busy Starbucks location. It's on the way to my kids basketball games, thus convenient. However, all three times, the drive through was packed and I decided to go inside the restaurant. Multiple baristas working hard, but not one barista acknowledged my family and I standing at the register to order. Stood for nearly 5 minutes all three times before an acknowledgement despite being looked at. I fully understand being busy. I feel for them. However, a "I'll be with you in a minute (or 5 minutes or something) is warranted. It's basic customer service. When they do acknowledge, the baristas are unable to give an estimated order completion time....something as simple as "its taken approximately 10 minutes to get orders out" or something would be appreciated. Two of the times I waited, I ended up leaving before ordering. The one time I ordered, I ended up asking for a refund because 15 minutes had surpassed and I needed to get my kid to basketball. As I said, I understand busy, but something is amiss at this...
Read moreWe like the location, parking, and setup of this store when we are in town. We used to like the beverages and service at this location, which was the main reason to choose to stop here iver other stores. We were in town last weekend and had issues, two days in a row. The last day was as we were about to get on the highway to drive home a long distance. We ended up being there for over 30 minutes, even though I ordered the dark roast coffee ahead on the app, and there was nobody really there when we first arrived. I ordered my flat white inside so I could pay inside. My drink was made fast, but I couldn't try it as we were waiting for the dark roast and there is still no inside seating here, so couldn't remove my mask anywhere. The 30 minutes was waiting for the one cup of dark roast. She even forgot we were waiting at a point, as after a while, the drive thru got extremely busy, well after we arrived. Sh made half of those drinks before my husband got his black coffee. Then we are running outbthe door to drive 80 miles. It was difficult to get out of the parking lot because the drrive thru line was wrapped all the way around the building. Get on the highway, drinks are horrible, ...
Read moreThis location is such a bummer. I gave it a second shot hoping for redemption, but nope—Both times, they were out of EVERYTHING. This time? No brulee, no praline, no cranberry bars, no apple croissants. It was like the Hunger Games of pastries and we were losing, lol! We had to scrap our order twice, just to cobble together something they actually had in stock. The chaos didn’t end there either- They had one line for ordering, drink pickup, and food pickup. Everyone was accidentally snatching each other’s lattes and breakfast sandwiches. And the interior? NO. Cold, uninviting, and about as cozy as a waiting room. No nooks, no comfy chairs, just cheap wooden seats and a hard bench straight out of a low-budget diner. Definitely not the warm, snuggly coffee shop vibe you’d expect. Other locations? Dreamy.
