Culver's is a location that is considered to be not so much. A premium fast food chain, but a ethical and almost wholesome fast food chain, which is a rarity in north america, many will claim that they are the above, but few legitimately embody it and can honestly say bet they are uncontested in that category.
The shakes what are the embodiment of quality? And the custards are second to none. Yes, you can get a traditional burger or chicken sandwich, but we all know that's not the star of the show 8at Culver's.
The employees and staff are very accommodating, but what stops me from giving displace a five out of five, and almost didn't even get a four is the fact that their approach to their drive in is unique to the point of almost being annoying.
Some reason culvers wants you to be in a designated waiting area. Sometimes even if there isn't a car behind you, depending on where you go. Furthermore, even if your order is small instead of allowing for whoever's behind you to wait like in a traditional driving theater or pull off to the side. If it is extremely backed up, they will do it if it's even one person and it has gone into the point of feeling unnecessary.
On top of that, although no one is expecting every single fast food chain to have similar indoor layout and seating Culver's is unique in the fact that it feels so uninspired to the point of feeling boring even when I have my food while sitting in there, I almost prefer doing the drive through because there's something lifeless and empty. Even if there's a crowd in culvers due to their design aesthetics, boring me.
I assumed it was just me until I consulted about fifteen other culver eaters who frequent the locations, far more than I do. Turns out it wasn't just me.
But again, as I originally stated, we all know who the star of the show is this location and what's kept them in business so long.
THE FOOOOOD! more specifically, that magical summer time esthetic, that makes everyone in the world. Wanna eat ice cream? When it's blazing hot, get a milkshake, just because you're in between the months of April in August that keeps the money flowing in-and-in that regard, they are second to none in this country. And I almost literally mean that because Dairy Queen, as well as sonics, do not have the same feel or esthetics as well as ice cream-based dessert types are capable of rivaling a Culver's.
Your money is well spent here unless you're ordering something generic like a hamburger.
Pro's: The entirety of the menu, the service.
Cons: the unnecessary lack of expedience and efficiency with the drive-through, even if there was no one or a low count of consumers. Going through the drive-through.
The almost a hollow and empty sensation of boredom that easily arises even on a crowded day inside of this painfully plain indoor dining section.
But if those are the worst things about this place, then that means you should know, by default, their customer service and food quality, this...
Read moreI really appreciate coming to this Culver’s especially after a day at Six Flags Great America. Here’s a couple of pictures for proof on how much I enjoyed myself and why I’m true to my honor as a customer when your main slogan, is “Welcome To Delicious”. I’m so sorry for my behavior last time on Saturday September 2nd after closing time for you guys at 10:00 PM. I tried to scare my friend for fun, but little did I know is that he was not there and it was some complete stranger and it was an elderly stranger and just in general, it was closing time and I needed to leave ASAP. Simply didn’t have to go home, but I can’t stay put at your Culver’s. Basically like the song, “Closing Time by Semisonic, especially when they say, you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.” I’m sure you heard that song before right? I feel even more bad that I spoiled that positive vibe for you guys that one night because I chose to act up for absolutely no good reason. Hearing that song makes me feel so upset that I simply made a conscious choice to not act mature and I feel like the most stupidest idiot alive. I would do anything to be given another chance to come back here and have your food, because I feel so sick that I can’t ever eat here or any other Culver’s ever again due to my behavior. My behavior was bad timing and I knew it. I didn’t know how to act mature and I need to accept the consequences as I should. Hear me out though, if I ever come and visit again, please don’t call 911 on me and let’s just talk about this. We can even talk about sports if you’d like. We can even talk about the Green Bay Packers. Aaron Rodgers will always be remembered as the GOAT and won 4 NFL MVP’s in his 15 year career with the Green...
Read moreThe famed burger chain from America's dairy land never grows old on me and it's that savory taste of a butter burger that keeps that nearly constant craving.
For me, among other burger competitors such as the obvious Mcd's, Wendy's, BK, Hardee's, Jack In the Box, etc; Culver's clearly demolishes the competition in every category.
So far in any location I've ever dined in, taken out or drive-thru; it's been flawless since I've never had a screwed up order, undercooked burger, cold fries, subpar customer service, dirty table, etc.
That's one thing that's always stood out with Culver's compared to any other fast food franchise, these guys are at the forefront of customer service.
The menu here reigns supreme even though almost all the time I come here I typically get either a double or triple if I'm starving, Butterburger cheese or Culver's deluxe.
Family friendly as well, my boys always get excited once they know they're going to Culver's. Prices are still affordable despite the COVID crisis and minimum wage hike but the taste will always have me coming back.
As long as they keep serving up that delicious grub and keep up the sparkling customer service, I'll always remain a loyal customer. I wish for continued growth and success & prosperity for the CEO and all...
