Dangerous for a child’s well-being… it was awful!!! Our experience at this establishment traumatized both my child and me!!! We were celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese…
My daughter was playing with her friend when a waitress (Pam) from the establishment walked by and aggressively started yelling at the children… Seeing this, I tried to protect my daughter and other kids from her aggression, after which she redirected her anger toward me… My daughter, who is very friendly and not used to aggression, especially from strangers, began crying and no longer wanted to stay there…
Then, the manager, Erika, approached me and tried to convince me that Pam’s aggressive behavior towards the children was appropriate and in line with the establishment’s policies… I expressed my dissatisfaction to Erica, stating that I paid for a service but instead received psychological trauma. Erika said she needs to discuss the matter of compensation with her supervisor… I did not ask for this, but I agreed to consider their offer. A little while later, Erika returned with the police, and my friends and me were absolutely shocked when officers accused me of refusing to pay and leave the establishment. I want to emphasize that I never refused to pay. I promptly settled the bill…
Now my daughter is very upset; she often recalls the mean lady at the place with the mouse on the sign… She shudders when she remembers how this woman yelled at her… If you care about your children’s emotional well-being, do not choose this establishment for entertainment, as it has aggressive and...
Read moreDaughter's 1st birthday was 10/08. Our host Dieago was great. However the logistics sucked big time. The tables for the pre-arranged birthday parties are so close together that you feel claustrophobic. Cheapest kids package with pizza, drink, and tokens is $12 and some change per child (that seems a little pricey for kids under 5). Energy and atmosphere was great. I love the safety & security feature of checking in/out at the front door for children and parents.
I gave the location 3 stars because I accidentally left my leftover cupcakes and a box with a few goodie bags and custom made rubber bday bracelets at my table. With all the hustle & bustle of kids, mingling, packing up, and rushing I left it. Didn't realize the box was missing until Monday. Called the office to see if my things were turned in by the team that did the clean-up at my table. I was told "nothing was left in the office". Really? Is that what Lost & Found has come down to. Does the team responsible for clean-up have any guidance as to what to do in the event a paying birthday guest leaves something? I would surely hope a courtesy call advising of the items left.
This location gets 3 stars for the cramped quarters, long lead-time on food to come out, and not reporting items left behind by patrons. The birthday bracelets have my daughters name and birthday on them--won't mean anything to anyone but her friends and...
Read moreIf you are looking for somewhere to treat your family I would definitely recommend to avoid this place and go somewhere else like Dave & Busters or Gameworks.
The subpar pizza barely satisfied our family. There was hardly anyone here and most of the tables were dirty. And my absolute biggest complaint is that as a whole this place is a scam! I understand the the logic and need for a business to be profitable to stay in business but wow, what a hustle. Our family of four each got a card with unlimited play for an hour. Though the two little ones didn't contribute much to getting tickets. My wife and I made it a point to play games with a high ticket payout. Well at the end of our hour of play. We nearly had 2000 tickets. When we went to the prize area I was absolutely blown away at the junk they were offering for crazy amounts of tickets. Seriously... a squishy ball about the size of a soft ball was 1700 tickes??? We split the tickets equally between both kids (about 950 each) and what they got with that amount of tickets was just plain pathetic! I could have literally spent $5 worth of quarters on toy machines at a laundromat and have gotten better things for my kids instead of spending the $110 that we paid for subpar pizza and awful prizes.
Seriously... Just go to Gameworks or Dave & Busters and avoid getting...
