Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hadley

This one star goes to the store manager and store owner. I was told' Get out of MY STORE!!' immediately after my boyfriend and I got into argument on the dd premises, not even loud one. There is a war right next to my country, is the stress over it any way understandable for you? Throw a rock, if you never had a bad day due to the stress or argument with someone... Store manager could simply ask 'Is everything ok?' or 'can I help anyway?' that could probably calm everything down. She chose some power show off, and escalated whole situation into big drama with the police. I got 'no trespassing note' from a business I was spending my money and I was friendly with most employees. Now I heard, employees are quitting there due to their unprofessional managing and overscheduling , shame on you and I'm glad karma exists

PS: If you wanna get expresso 1 hour before closing there , you won't, I waisted my whole break at work one time, just to drive there and be told they are not serving latte after 5pm(I think it was 1 or 2 hours to closing). He just cleaned machines ahead and was lazy to...

I just went to this Dunkin Donuts today I was a little hesitant on going at first because lately everytime I go to Dunkin it's just not a good experience but it turned into it anyway. Pull through and I saw that they had Banana Split Frozen chocolates but I really wanted to cool out of vanilla bean so I asked the woman if she could make it so I can have a vanilla bean Coolatta with banana split in it Not only was she very nice about the whole situation she also suggested to put caramel in it. This is the best drink I've ever had from them in the best service I could have ever seen from a Dunkin Donuts I don't often write reviews but this woman needed to be praised. This review applys to the Hadley Dunkin Donuts that opened up a couple months. I found that they can be incredibly fast and accurate and getting you your order through the drive-thru but at the same time if you come during off hours for some reason it seems to take them a large amount of time to get your order. This does not make much sense to me due to the fact that there's usually not that many people there. The only other comment I have is that when entering the parking lot there is a speed bump and go over it extremely slow it is too high and I've seen many cars...
