Choosing weekly flavors sounds exciting but it can be a hit or miss. I love how large the cookies are. The presentation and box look appealing. Flavors: Chocolate Swiss Roll, Milk Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Cookies and Cream, and Boston Cream Pie. Best one was the Chocolate Swiss Roll. It was the softest of them. Chocolate cookies and cream tasted dry and it was my least favorite. Texture is really important when baking. I don't think I will come back for new flavors. It was good for the experience.

Precious real life cookie factory! I cannot get enough of these cookies. The fact that they switch up the line up weekly intrigues me so much! They keep it fresh, in many ways. Salted caramel cheesecake and the regular chocolate chip made my weekend! Thanks as always, crumbl cookie!!!!

It smells so good in here. Couldn't try all the cookies. The staff was very helpful in making decisions. No doubt these cookies are a little expensive but they are huge. I'm a sucker for an original cookie. Chocolate chip was my favorite. I got the pick 4 bundle box.

I had an amazing experience at Crumbl Cookie, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Taylor and Erabus. Both employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome.

Taylor and Erabus were not only accommodating but also very personable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Their positive energy and attention to detail made a lasting impression, and I find myself recommending them to everyone I know!

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen!

Employee's will not give you their name & do not wear name tags!

Sent my granddaughter in with a $20.00 for a box.

Employee's said their cash system was down!

Lady behind my 14 y/o granddaughter took the 20 dollar bill & used her credit card!

So I was out just under $4.00.

When I went inside to complain the two employees acted like it was not their problem! When I ask for the corporate phone number they would not help!

These kids might know how to make cookies BUT they do not have a clue of what Customer...
