MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Hampton

Worst visit ever!!!! The employees had very bad attitudes and even worse customer service. They didn't seem stocked for their dinner rush, and kept making excuses when I asked for toppings they didn't have on the line. The lady starting the pizza refused to rub my pesto base over the entire crust, and put 3 heaping globs of ricotta, so only half of my pizza had it. They barley put any toppings on my pizza. When I asked for more they rolled their eyes, and made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. I asked for the roasted garlic at the end and the employees literally put like 2 entire heads of garlic on my pizza. Luckily they were on top and could pick them off, otherwise I would not have been able to eat it. While waiting for the pizza to cook I went and used the bathroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor, the toilet was disgusting, and they were out of soap. I let one of the employees know about the condition of the bathroom and once again they just rolled their eyes. As a former restaurant manager I understand the frustration of the job, but at some point management has to step in and lead their team to greatness. I will probably never come back to this location, unless some major changes are made. I really wish I could give...

Terrible!!!!! it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us when we walked in bcs the employess were in the middle of an argument and cussing at each other. 1 person in the back yell to use to LEAVE. even though it was only 9:30pm. The girl working the oven was looking right at us & said nothing until I asked if she could take our order? her response was NO, I work the oven. Then they cut off all the lights except the kitchen. Finally a guy comes to take our order. She put pizza in the over. 3 minutes later its in a box. I tell the girl that the pizza isnt done and she says she cant put it back in the oven bcs they cut the oven off & if I wanted my pizza more done than that I should have told her before she started cooking it not after. We tell her to make sure new pizza & she refused and said to take it home & cook it. I asked for a refund and this rude girl attempted to snatch the pizza out of my hands. Looking at my receipts. there is less than 3 minutes from when I paid to when she processed the refund! This was the worst experience with a MOD Pizza ever!!!!! I went home hungry & so did the people who came in after us & were ignored until they...

So yesterday after a great day at Busch Gardens we decided to have dinner at Mod Pizza. We met a young girl making the pizzas as people came in. Moriah was sweet and made sure our 5 pizzas perfectly put together. Several customers came in behind us and she seemed to handle the orders efficiently. The place I might add was a mess from the area where the food was being made to the drink station. This was my first time at Mod Pizza but my daughter assured me the Pizza was good and she was right. There was another worker there taking the Pizza in and out of the oven...Justine who was also working the cash register who didn't seem to be very nice or pleasant at all. She wasn't nice to Moriah and she wasn't nice to me or my family. In the middle of fixing all the pizzas that came through the door and making the pizzas that were called in Justine asked Moriah if she had cleaned the bathrooms yet. Sadly my first impression of Mod Pizza was not what I expected and would really not recommend this Mod Pizza to anyone!!! I would also like to applaud Moriah for keeping her head up.
