Update 1/21/23 Joined the Rewards program, figured a small snack of chips and salsa would do nicely.
The Rewards app gave us a free skillet queso with an entre order.
The queso was as expected, having come from a bag shipped across country. Not a very pleasant taste. But to each their own. Orders the chicken strips with french fries and corn on the cob. Will not make that mistake again. 1. The corn was water logged, the chicken saturated with sweet sauce with not crisp, and the fries were under cooked.
It seemed like the server was handling the entire bar area, as well as bartending. He was busy, yet polite, and attentive.
Used the Presto video system to pay. Look at the last picture, absolutely disgusting. Dried, aged food remnants on the keypad.
Overall, the staff remains a constant, simply fantastic, but again the food just plain sucked.
This is not a place you gonto for good food, but mediocre fast slow food.

Unfortunately, Chili's has degraded its food quality over the years. We ordered the Sampler, specifically for the Southwestern Rolls. As we all know, nothing is hand prepared, but brought in frozen.
When the cooking staff realized the filling for the rolls was missing, they should have tossed them and started over. Yet not a single cook or server paid attention. The server was not Sherry, but a runner.
Huge disappointment. Lastly, I believe a customer should be greeted by the best the restaurant has, as the host/hostess is the face of the establishment and a first impression. Apparently, dress codes are no longer a thing. However, nepotism is.
If an establishment can refuse service and enforce a customer dress code, then the employees should be held to the same and or higher standard.

Read moreI'm not sure what's the secret to good service at this particular restaurant, because I have been nothing but disappointed. I've been here twice so far and will not be back. The first time, we sat for 15 minutes and the only people who came by were other waitresses to tell us, "Somebody will be right with you guys." No drinks, chips or any effort to accommodate us, so we left. I went a second time Saturday night and was determined to actually eat. After about 10 minutes of waiting, our waitress came by to get our orders, the alcoholic drinks and my drink as the DD. It took about 15 minutes to get my drink and some chips and salsa for the table. Still no alcoholic drinks or either of the two appetizers we ordered. Another 15 minutes goes by and we finally have 2 appetizers (both cold), the burger that was ordered and made wrong and the dessert all together. Still no drinks that were ordered 30 minutes ago, no apologies and no real reason why it's so slow. The bartender isn't overwhelmed as we're eying the staff, trying to justify why the service is so poor. By the time the for arrived, my drink was gone and would stay gone for the rest of our visit but I feel lucky given anything to drink. We finish our food, flag down the waitress and tell her to cancel the drinks because we're done and ready to leave. She tells us to hold on and comes back about 5 minutes later to tel is the bartender ous about to start working on them. We reiterate that we want to drinks cancelled and we want our check so we can leave and drink elsewhere. She leaves, and somebody else drops off the check for the table. Not separated as we had asked. We have to flag down our waitress again to separate the bill so we can pay and begin to enjoy our evening. They are very considerate and thoughtful of your needs when sitting in their area. I’ve read a past review about two individuals above and I am Appalled!!!! I was actually here that day on Saturday when that customer outted them and talked bad about them in a review. This customer disgusts me how she treated these individuals when my boyfriend and I were sitting at the bar and witnessed everything. NO ONE did anything wrong to This customer. SHE was the problem. She wanted one thing and that was to get free food. Which I don’t even understand how that’s was even granted but by only Complaining to get food comped. It’s wrong in every way how these hard working and sweet individuals have things said about them. We will continue coming to this bar to just see Justin and Devin! They are the main reason why we come. They make CHILIS and to see anything written in lies about them really upsets me when that particular customer had one thing in mind which was to get food comped. It’s wrong and not right at all!! This lady should be ashamed of herself for the derogatory remarks she left. I will always come to this bar as a regular because of these wonderful employees that work here.
