I am always pleased jeweler and store clerks at Hanford branch specifically John Ray. He is very accommodating, always greet me with real smile and very helpful. John Ray explained to me all the details that I need to know about my jewelry, necklace specifically. He always ask me if I have other questions and answer it appropriately if I do. He never responded that he doesn’t know which give me a confidence that my jewelry is safe and will be fixed and taking care of at the right time or less. Just came in to get our rings cleaned before our wedding and the service was horrible. Two people were working and with customers. There was one other couple waiting before us and that’s it. No one greeted us as we came in. We sat down and waiting for 40 minutes and still no one asked if we needed anything or what we were looking for. We didn’t even get a “I’ll be with you in a little”.
