Wingstop — Restaurant in Hanover Township

To start I was told my order would be ready under 30 minutes. Took actually an hour to get my food. Went home to find I was missing a whole set of wings and my food to be cold. Called to get the issue resolved, and was told I could get a possible refund at first for my missing wings which I was fine with. Then got another call by a worker saying that it cannot happen, while hearing management on duty in the background being unprofessional and making inappropriate comments and being nasty to the worker who was trying to resolve the issue. After being told by the worker that she was told I had to return with all my food if I were to get my missing wings which I paid for because they don’t do refunds. I then received another phone call by the manager on duty that was disgustingly unprofessional on the phone. She was disrespectful and disregarded that fact that I was a paying customer. Took zero accountability, but wanted to claim to be the general manager when I’m fact verified by staff she is not. Claiming it’s my fault that my food wasn’t in the bag. Which yes I could of double checked, but at the same time why would you put someones order ready to hand off if the whole order isn’t in it!!! Like BFFR you get paid for that!!! Overall I had a horrible experience and would not recommend the location to anyone. I plan to contact the actual General Manager about this issue because the interaction was repulsing to me, and I can only imagine how she treats her fellow team members. As for the worker upfront Anastasia. She was honestly a delight, and made the interaction 100x better. She deserves a raise or should move onto a better work environment. This place is pure hell everytime. Everytime I place an order there is always something missing. I never call to complain because I get it things happen. However this time I placed a 40.00 order online arrived still not ready and the place wasent even busy. No one wears gloves I saw one guy grabbing everything with bare hands. When the food was finally done I checked and 3 items missing from my order. I’m asked to wait again I wait and obviously their not reading the recipes because I asked for no season on one of the fries since my kids won’t eat it and now had to wait another 20min while they redid fries. At this point all my other food is cold. Nothing was even offered as a courtesy. I ask to speak to a manager he was kinda rude and not helpful at all all he said was all I can do is remake your food. Ummm excuse me at this point I have waited 1hr already no remorse no courtesy at all was given. I asked for a refund and was told you will see it in a few days. No proof was give to me that it will be done not even a receipt. I said I’m not leaving without proof it will be I need a receipt then I was given one by another guy. Management is terrible and inconsiderate. Instead of offering to return the money and keep the order or here’s an extra something or next time order on us. I also noticed that another gentleman was give a card with a free something next time u order because I’m assuming they also messed up.DONT GO HERE I WILL CALL CORPORATE...

If I could I would give this place a 0 staring but I can't I order there for me and my father we dine in. After waiting for around 2 hours might I add she come with a bag to go even though I ordered in after that I open the bag so we can eat there mind you I order a 10 pc comb and 8pc como with season fries and loaded fries so when I got my order there was both fries but there was one container of 3 pc boneless chicken even tho that one was supposed to be a 10 pc buth in the bottom of that said container in the bottom was a 6pc that was not even right. So I told that same lady I had and she said she was going to fix it so we waited again for like another hour and my dad went up and tolk to the lady come to find out the order jusst sitting on the counter no name called or anything so my dad ask to see the manger and he didn't even know what to do all he said was '' uh- uh do you want a brownie" so we just walk out not comeing...
