Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Haring Township

I absolutely love the Philly cheese steak and most of the time that holds true. I've been eating here 2-3 days every week since they opened and normally it's ready on time and delicious. HOWEVER DO NOT ORDER IF THE BLUE HAIRED JERK IS WORKING. Can only refer to them as blue haired jerk cuz I'm certain if I try to guess it's pronoun it will really blow up at me..... This person is ALWAYS just nasty rude and is NEVER doing anything but mean mugging and speaking disrespectfully to customers. I will no longer be willing to order on the app and enjoy the delicious convenience of eating there 3 times a week simply because it's always beyond stale and very poorly made whenever this super obnoxious person is behind the counter. I'll still go when I have the time to order in IF blue hair isn't there, and wait for it to be made. But I'll be lucky to have time for that once a month. Today she asked for my name cuz there wasn't any orders ready, only a couple other customers there and I was already a few minutes past my pickup time. She snapped that they were "putting it down" and walked to the other end and leaned on the counter watching the person that was supposed to be " putting it down" spend 6 minutes on the phone taking an order. We're now a full 10 minutes passed my pickup time, I watch the grill person "put it down" and I said "excuse me, how much longer will it take" because I was gonna take a seat if it was going to be several more minutes. Her only reply was a very snappy "it's on the grill" as she walked away to do absolutely nothing again. Today the nice gentleman that appeared to be a manager spoke up and very politely answered my question with an actual answer, letting me know it was only another minute. I appreciated that and him checking again outside that I was good. However somebody needs to put this blue haired jerk in the back or fire them. Now I finally get to eat (less than 5 min from watching them take it off the grill)and just like every time said jerk is there, it's beyond stale and this time not even sliced open a half inch and I essentially was given a stale bread loaf with all toppings on the side. Went to Jersey Mikes today with my family. $47 and I had THE WORST experience. M We have never been and will not be back. We ordered our food and told them it was our first time. We got two hot subs and a kids meal. We were just handed our subs after 30 minutes of waiting. I asked the woman if we were not allowed to get toppings, as I was genuinely confused. They were just plain subs. And she said “yeah sometimes”. Then she stated we had to order what we wanted on the sub when ordering the sub (we did not know). Feeling very pissed off!! Went in at 3:30 got out at 4:20 walked out with no food. I've went there three separate times and the subs are very good service however sucks!! Done two online orders and my food didn't get started until I arrived over a hour and 15 minutes. Went into the store today waited a hour and my food wasn't even started and they weren't busy. Had two people in front of me and six came in after me everyone got their food but me. When I asked how much longer my food would take was told it was never even started got my money back and walked out... Will not...
