Check your food before leaving because this location often has messed up an order. Ordered breakfast through the app & then the orange juice machine was spitting out a watered down product. They let me know in advance when i got to the window but the $2.99 price of a large OJ requires paying the customer the difference if you offer them another regular beverage. While they did offer another option, I had to make sure they didn't just swap out my $2.99 OJ for a $1.79 drink and call it a day. The employee seemed irritated and oblivious to what I was asking so she got a manager who gladly resolved the issue by refunding me for the OJ & still gave me a large beverage. Then when I got home, my 2 sausage, egg, & cheese mcgriddles with 2 hashbrowns turned out to be THREE S,E,&C Mcmuffins & THREE hashbrowns. Cheaper than the mcgriddles I ordered and by the time I called back to bring everything back to be remade, it was past breakfast hour so have to go back another day for a remake. Night & day difference in flavor of the Mcmuffins & mcgriddles, unfortunately and nowhere near as satisfying. My dogs enjoyed them though! My point is, they will definitely fix their mistakes but I wish they'd work on accuracy so these things can be avoided altogether. And don't look at the customer like they are crazy when they ask for a refund of the price difference between and orange juice and a beverage when ya'lls machine is not working properly. There was an employee, I think possibly a supervisor/manager was yelling about coffee and how the worker needed to put the order in correctly. So, we order via kiosk and we sit at a table. An employee is cleaning off a table next to us, she doesn't even say anything, so I say "Good morning!", she hesitantly says it back. Fast forward 15mins later I say to my family what's taking so long? I notice that a lady who ordered 5 mins after us gets her food and walks out. I go to the front to see if our number is in the screen I don't see it. So I wait in line to ask the same lady who hesitantly said "Good morning" and ask her why my number isn't on the screen? She tells me it's in limbo?! I say well what does that mean? She says it just means they are probably making it and why did someone who ordered way after me get theirs? She says maybe their order is smaller than mine🤨! She then proceeds to go ask the workers who are making orders about mine. The manager/supervisor comes over and asks me what my # is and I tell her. She then reprints my ticket because they didn't even have mine in queue at all. So then my husband says we want a refund because it's 20 mins later no food and no drinks . The lady apologized and refunded the money back. We would have been still sitting at a fast food joint like it was IHOP or something. Read moreCan someone explain to me something? I go through the drive thru at 10:10 am, I order my food (order 1343) and receive the order after paying for it all. I get home which is 2 minutes away and look through the LARGE order I had. After inspecting I am missing some items. (Breakfast) I go back up there with my receipt which now is 10:36 am. I go inside to let them know I am missing 4 breakfast sandwiches. They then proceed to tell me that the manager said they can’t make it because it’s after breakfast hours. But they will give me a cheeseburger to replace my children’s breakfast that I ordered and paid for and they forgot to give me. I ask for a refund and they tell me that they can’t because we got other food. That we kept. So my children get offered cheeseburgers for breakfast and no help to remedy the situation for what it should be. Also as I am standing in line waiting for the manager to be told about the situation and 2 more guests come in that are missing stuff and the manager offered the same to the people who ordered breakfast. Then tells everyone that mistakes happen, sorry. Too many mistake should cost you your job!!! Don’t go here. They have no care about what anyone has ordered or what they have paid for. And these types of employees are asking to get paid more. Ridiculous!!! Get your shit together before you ask...
