What can I say, it is your typical dive bar that caters locals in the know. They obviously have their regulars who have dent marks in barstools from almost residing there more than their own homes or with their families, but who cares. As long as they are having a good time and not hurting anyone which was pretty much the case when I went there with a friend.
Our bartend was cool and had the perfect balance of sass along with confident attitude with her mixologist skills. She made a killer Long Island Ice Tea and obliviously knew her bar well. Everyone there kept to themselves but seemed friendly in their own worlds. Loved the friendly dog that was roaming around which must of been part of the bar by it's behavior.
Not sure if I would go out of my way to go again if in town, but I'm sure this place is perfect who like this kind of environment. They have pool tables and darts, so it you could easily hit this place up with friends...
