Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Heath

1st of all, this location was difficult to actually find. Once we did locate it, we were able to get in fairly quickly. My order was not taken correctly, but because I was distracted with a personal medical situation, I didn't notice until the sandwich was made, and it was too late to address. Aside from not being the exact item I ordered, the sandwich was far from what I have come to expect at a Jimmy John's restaurant. There was little effort put into making it to the normal expectations. This could have been because the gentleman making sandwiches seemed to not be happy that he was there working and wanted to get done as quickly as he could. Also we ordered 4 bags of chips but my youngest child forgot to get his bag of chips chips when I went to get it from the rack the same gentleman who was making sandwiches accused me of steeling a bag of chips, let me be clear. I understand it likely happens and would be very easy to do, but if you want to know, walk over to the table and ask. Don't shout at me from behind the counter. All in all, would I stop here again? The Taco Bell next door is constantly wrapped around the buildings and out into the street. 13 cars in line today. Jimmy Johns is a ghost town, not a customer in sight. Their food is so bad that people would rather wait through 13 cars at an understaffed Taco Bell drive through, than choke down that terrible bread. I didn't have time to wait at taco bell, so my choices were 7hr old hot dogs at the gas station, or Jimmy John's. I went for the hot dogs and feel I made the right choice.

Ordered from this restaurant and got delivery to be sent to my work. An hour goes by and I call to see why the online order hasn't updated. Guy on the phone tells me there's been a call off. I state that I understand things happen and to just give me a refund. Going on over a week now and I've contacted the corporate office and they stated this location is a franchise and that they would reach out. Few more days have gone by and no one has contacted me.
