Had a nice debacle happen here recently. Ordered a big order on the app and for whatever reason the app kept resetting a pizza to the pizza we already had in the cart. So when we ordered it, we accidently Ordered two of the same kind. Sadly we didn't know till it was too late and was almost done. Called in anyway and asked to have it could be replaced in a separate order. The girl I talked to at first refused to do much of anything about it. Then she passed off the phone to a guy that was more reasonable. I didn't want to be a burden and bought the other pizza even though he offered to give it for free.
Instead sending my order that was ready and sending the other pizza later, they decided to wait till the new pizza was complete FOURTY FIVE MINUTES LATER. Not only did they not reheat the other pizzas, wings and bread items that was in my original order, at all, but they even forgot our 2 litter that came with our original order. The only thing that was warm was the new pizza. Everything else was like it was sitting outside for 45 mins.
Lastly, how can you call it contactless delivery when your driver isn't even wearing gloves? Makes me suspicious of what is going on in the store.
This was a week ago but still plan on making a case for refunding it with the manager or a dispute with our bank. The experience was very out of the ordinary and bizarre. This isn't the first or seventh time they screwed up and we simply didn't call in, this was just simply...
Read moreAbsolutely worst Domino's ive ever ordered from. Every time I place an order it's a problem. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is the last straw. One hour later and my pizza is still being prepped according to the app. I call the store they apologize and say their driver got into an accident. They say it'll be 20 minutes till I can pick it up or up to 40 for it to be delivered. EXCUSE ME!? they say it's out of our control. The accident may have been but cooking the food wasn't and there's no exceptions to that. Even then they could have called and explained the situation. I'll be using any other pizza shop before this store ever gets my money again

Read moreI don’t understand why it takes 30 minutes to “quality check” a pizza. But by the time it gets here it’s nasty and dried out. I’m really getting annoyed with tipping 20% for this service. And probably most likely won’t be doing it from now on. Whoever runs the night crew needs to run a tighter ship, or this place is going to end up like pizza hut.
