Wendy's — Restaurant in Heber

Absolutely garbage service. Do not trust any review on here saying this place is good. This place has repeatedly messed up orders time and time again. You order a baconator, and you get a single. You order a Large fry, and you get a small. You ask for cheese on a fish sandwich, and they forego the cheese. They have 0 clue on how to bag anything. I've come in many times before, and they have continually screwed up orders. I don't tend to go here that ofthen because of that fact, but every single time I do come here, because my grandfather is a diehard for the place the food on our order has been continually messed up.

The one time I went into complain I ran into their regional supervisor who was at the store, and they only seemed half interested in the whole thing. And they ended up giving me 1 combo card for my time of trying to explain to them what happened, and why I was upset. This has been happening since their new store opened, and I don't know if if has something to do with their management or staff but it has gone from being the place I wanted to go when I was a child to a place I avoid regularly.

We were Sunday traveling so we stopped at 5PM. They had one customer ahead of us already served. The restaurant had one family seated. Our food was mostly good. One chicken nugget was not it had to be spit out. I would have rated a five anyway because I am sure they didn't know that chicken nugget was bad, but they were moving in extreme slow motion. In addition, their soda machine had a lot of empty flavors so I had to go back and ask them to fill the empty cup they handed me (several other customers had come in by then so they weren't ready for them either. ). Also their serve yourself counter was empty of napkins and of just about everything. I didn't take inventory i just looked for what we needed and the holders were empty. I would have thought they would restock before the dinner rush. They were also out of frostys. I am not sure if this was employees slacking on the job that day or poor management with all of the things they were out of. I do hope this was a one time bad day for them but it certainly wasn't one...

I stopped by this particular Wendy's on a weekday, lunchtime, with high school sports teams competing in Heber City. I have never seen a restaurant so busy. The staff behind the counter were all very smooth. They did their jobs masterfully and with smiles. I was #77 when they were calling out numbers in the low 60s. Therefore, I got to watch this machine in action. When they got into the 80s, the main cashier noticed I was still waiting. He immediately got into action trying to locate my order. I had said nothing. He did this on his own initiative. The team worked so well together. I only wish I had learned Spanish so I could understand all of their busy conversations. When it came time to address me in English, they were awesome. I'm very proud of this Wendy's and its employees. I've been going here for over 20 years. Nice job. The dining area could have used a little more attention, and the ice machine for drinks could...
