NEGATIVE 5 STARS HORRENDOUS PRICES, QUALITY, SERVICE, DELIVERY, AND INCOMPETENCE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I was order #31 today. The original delivery time provided was an hour after I ordered, with a chance of delay due to peak business times (dinner rush). I spent $45 on three pizzas (1 large, one deep dish, and one small), a 2 liter of Mountain Dew, and a box with breadsticks, a price I generically would have no issue with. They then charged me $5 in delivery fees, which is my main issue, that we'll get to soon. I waited that hour, and strictly at the promised time, they sent me a message through Door Dash that my order would be arriving in another hour. My family doesn't want to wait that long for pizza, so I try to call the place to cancel my order. I was left on hold for almost 5 minutes and gave up because they had a looped advertisement that made me irritated. We waited out the hour, and I had complications with Door Dash about 10 minutes before the second delivery. It arrived an hour and 10 minutes after it was supposed to come and my order turned out to be wrong. My mom ordered an Aloha BBQ Chicken Pizza. She was disappointed in the lack of pineapple on her pizza, which is supposed to be on it according to the menu. 2 out of 3 of our pizzas were supposed to have pineapple, and 1 of those didn't. My pizza had the pineapple that was ordered but came without BBQ sauce, which I had to specify because it was a build your own. The main issue with the prices is that I have no idea where my delivery fees went, potentially robbing the Door Dash driver. I did not order through Door Dash, and they made me pay this fee directly to them. They informed me that the driver could be 3rd party, but the way they handled the cost is sketchy. I left a $5 tip in advance, which I don't believe this place deserves. I want at a $10 refund, at the very least, for those reasons, an apology for the mistakes on the pizza and the lack of proper communication, and to perhaps see more compensation for the last two errors. I am never this angry over a messed-up order but paying a total of $63 for mediocre, INCORRECT, and LATE pizza is an...

Such a shame. Me and my family actually enjoy their pizza, definitely not the best pizza but its good. However, we will not be going back after our last experience at this store. We called the store asking if we could use a BOGO coupon. After talking Garret on the phone he assured us that we could use it but we had to come into the store and it could not be used on delivery. We said that was fine and gave him our order. After arriving at the store to pick up our order, the same person that took our order, manager Garret, said that we could no longer use the coupons on the pizza we ordered. ?????? He said that he would throw the pizzas out instead of honoring the coupon that he had just said we could use. If this is how the managers act at this location I cannot imagine how other employees handle our food/service under his watch. Go to one of the other pizza places around there are so many that have so much better pizza and exception...

My girlfriend called in a order for a 8 corner Detriot Style pizza. She gave them the coupon info over the phone they quoted $15 and some change. When I arrived there were four poorly dressed employees who some were not in a uniform. I was the only customer and they basically argued over who was going to serve me. Finally someone did and he told me $25 . I asked him about the $15 quote. They said over the phone they would honor the coupon. Now they won't. There was one kid who may have been the manager . He had a pencil thin mustache and did not want to be at work and it showed. I'm wondering had my girlfriend picked up the pizza would it had...
