They are slower than snails and no one... And I mean no one in there does NOT want to help customers at the front desk.
The front stays empty for very long periods of time, and you have to wave staff down or the staff will sit on phone with an ignorant customer calling and asking 50 million questions instead of looking at menus online and deciding what they want and then call.
Verrry long waits just to pick up an order that was placed 20-30min ago, and you get there, and they always have you waiting another 10-20min. It's ridiculous, and I have walked out so many times due to this, and I only go here once in a while to deliver food for doordash. I will avoid Pizza Hut cuz they slow, and after a month I am hoping they've changed and come back, and it's still slow with bad service..
I would advise people to stop ordering here since customer service is pretty much none existent.
If you are a DoorDash driver, avoid at all cost cuz they leave you waiting and you lose tons of money waiting and they do not care and/or do not understand that drivers are not paid when they wait for 10-20 min on them hiding in the back or sitting on the phone.
The best advice is to just avoid ordering here since they do not understand that good customer service is what keeps a company in business. The pizza is not all that to be waiting around extra unnecessary long times for turtle moving staff and service. They need to go watch the staff over at Papa John's, they are not perfect but there is always someone in there who steps to the front to help any customer who walks through that door and they understand why doordash drivers must get their order in under 5min when they arrive.
And Pizza Hut don't give that excuse about being understaffed. You have 4+people in the back standing around every time I have been there. There is no excuse for front to be empty for long periods of time and long waits for customer service. It's very uncomfortable watching customers getting upset because yah have them waiting in front so long, get it together.
Its 2025 and they are still slow and doing the same unprofessional stuff on weekends with everyone hanging in the back and no one helps customers in fron. Added a pic that shows how slow they are and ok they are with customers waiting extensively long.

Read morePoor customer service loud employees and burnt pizza!!!!! I ordered online and got it delivered. When it arrived it was burnt. I called and spoke with an employee name Herb (who was extremely rude) he told me the best he could do is send another pizza out. I agreed and asked how long? He said he don't know maybe 45 min a hour after I already waited 45 min for the first delivery. I told him that won't work can they come get the pizza and refund my money he said 3 to 5 days I asked to speak to a supervisor because it was there fault my order was wrong and was hoping he could make an exception because they was at fault. After I waited on hold and had to keep calling back and was hung up on The supervisor finally came to the phone and told me his name was Paul. He was not any help either.So I decided to go into the store (SURPRISE!!!) When I get to the store I explain my situation and I was told by the employee on the register that I was at the wrong Pizza hut but he will still give me my money back. I thought that was nice until I read his badge. He was Herb!!!!( I'm from PA I still don't know the city just yet) He lied in my face with a straight face too! After it was all said and done the supervisor tried to offer me a coupon to come back... I declined!!! That's how bad my experience was. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!! any suggestions on how I can get in contact with corporate??? I'm not letting this go I had to pay a Lyft to take me to this store just to get my money back MY DELIVERY DRIVER WAS AWESOME I WISH I KNEW HIS NAME....

My most recent order (last night) was completely botched and inedible - when I called the store to tell them, they refused to send a correct order because they were "busy" and offered to credit my account. I told them a credit wasn't going to work, and I needed a refund. They agreed, and I was told that they processed a refund for the order.
However, I got a sketchy vibe from the employee I spoke to, so I called the store today to make sure the refund had indeed been processed. I spoke to the GM (who was actually quite nice and helpful), who said they had NOT processed a refund last night like they claimed they did.
This, in my opinion, is bordering on outright theft. The employees [employee Zalaya(?) and manager Vanessa] blatantly lied to me, saying they had refunded my order when they had not and had no intention of doing so. If I hadn't called today to double check, they would have successfully fleeced upwards of 20 bucks from me.
Clearly this location has dishonest and deceitful staff. Even taking that out of the picture, this location got my (simple) orders wrong over 50% of the time, and have consistently been difficult to deal with.
