HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. My wife went to pickup our order and shortly after arriving got the app notification that the pizza was ready. After 30 minutes they still don't come out, so I call them and ask what in the [heck] is going on. They say they'll look for it and it will be a few minutes. 15 more minutes go by and I call back and demand to speak with a manager.
I get the manager on the phone and tell him my wife has been waiting outside for 45 minutes since our food was supposedly done, and now I want our order and want it for free. He wasn't apologetic at all. He said "I can probably do that," but never said sorry. He said our order got lost. I ask him to resubmit the order and he says "I can do that, but there's no guarantee it won't get lost again." WHAT!? You can't guarantee me that you'll give a customer the food they order?

I waited for another half an hour before I even went in because the tracker said it was still not done. I figured this had to be a mistake because there's no way pizzas would take this long. Nope, I was then informed it was still going to be at least another 15 to 20 minutes before I would get my pizzas. While I was waiting another irate customer came in and the manager gave him free pizzas on his next visit. But when I checked out and asked if there was anything they could do to compensate for making me wait an hour, I was told know there was nothing they could do for me (not even a drink with my purchase). Read moreOur local store messed up our order (by using the wrong toppings and sauce) twice in a row within the span of a few months. The pizza usually tastes okay, but it's never great and the toppings are often very poorly distributed.
The customer service is passable (not great), but there comes a point where I don't care if they offer to refund our order or to remake our pizza - I just want my pizza made correctly! Frankly, that's ALL I want from Domino's. I order pizza there specifically because I don't want to think about making dinner, so having to double-check the employees' handiwork and either eat something I didn't want or wait another 20-30 min just to get what I ordered is NOT okay.
