I have never had a more horrible customer experience. I spent $40 on old, crunchy pizzas and didn’t notice until I got home. The pizza was extremely dry and shriveled up like it had been sitting there overnight. It was cold and hard and the cheese was super dry. My breadsticks were also undercooked and super doughy. I have worked in the food industry and I understand mistakes are made but that’s where correction and customer service comes in. I called in to the store to tell them I was dissatisfied with my pizzas and the girl on the phone told me if I came back into the store she would give me a new pizza. Not only did I drive all the way back to the store but I also brought my full pizza in as proof that is was not what i paid for. I walked in and the girl at the register was very kind to me but then she got called to the back and this extremely rude man came to the front. He yelled at me, told me I was a liar, and told me that he would not help me. I tried to calmly explain my concerns and showed him the pizza and he continued to be extremely rude with no sense of decency. Again I’ve worked multiple jobs in the food industry and i understand it’s frustrating to have to remake something but in all the places I’ve worked, customer service has always been top priority. He made a complete scene and when I asked for his name and the company number he refused to give it to me. He finally handed me this greasy crumpled up paper with words on it that I didn’t understand nor ask for and wouldn’t give me any more information. He then went to the back and ignored me. I’m frustrated that I drove all the way back after I was promised a new pizza just to be treated so horribly. He claims he is the manager and if he really is I’m truly in complete shock and disappointment that a company would ever let someone so disrespectful and arrogant run the store. The man had nose rings with brown hair and facial hair. I won’t ever be...

This place is the worst and will not be going back here. I will try the American Fork one and give them a chance. My first bad experience was when we ordered a supreme pizza. Picked it up and went home only to find out it was a peperoni. We went back and had to wait 15 minutes for them to make one. We saw someone else go in to get their pep and then walked back in and said it was a supreme. They told him he had to wait for a new one. He just asked if he could keep it and they let him. They finally had our pizza ready and just said sorry. Sooo... Our order is messed up, given to someone else who gets an upgrade, doesn't have to wait yet we sit there for 15 minutes, get a doughy, rushed pizza that is barely edible and all we get is a sorry.
Another time more recent, we wanted the pretzel crust pizza and got some breadsticks. We get out to the car and check and the pizza is not a pretzel crust. We go in and of course they tell us we need to wait 15 minutes. So we are waiting while our breadsticks are out in the car getting cold. We finally get the pizza and leave. When we get home, we check and it is still not the pretzel crust pizza! Not to mention it was also doughy and barely edible. We ended up just tossing it out and wasting that money.
This place either has poor management and/or poor workers who do not care about trying to do their jobs correct or make their customers happy. Please avoid this place if you can until...
Read moreFor better or worse, we have been purchasing Little Caesars pizza for close to 20 years. We live just down the street from the Highland location and for the last 3-5 years they have consistently disappointed us. The common sene is that you walk in and they literally have stacks upon stacks of pizza everywhere, a crowd in the lobby, but they never hand out any of the pizzas. Waiting there for 20-30 min, the stack only grows and no one is handed a pizza. Honestly it is bizarre. It didn't used to be that way, and we've only ever seen this at the Highland location.
Occasionally we'll get lucky, and they'll actually have hot and ready pizza, but usually only on weekdays and well away from dinner time.
I don't know if Highland city has come in and prevented them from serving "hot and ready" or what, but whatever process they are now operating under, the whole "hot and ready" concept seems to have taken a back seat.
At any rate, when they say there is a 20-30 min. wait, we just go to the American Fork location (5 min. down the road) and there, they always have pizza ready to hand out. The whole "hot and ready" concept that is printed on the box seems to still apply. We hope that the AF location never takes any notes or tips from the Highland location.
