My mother and I expected to only have drinks here but we ended up getting lunch as well because we noticed they have Gluten Free and Vegan/Vegetarian optionsđ Everything was all freaking Amaze Balls!! We got two orders of the chips and curry as our appetizers,( The bestest most deliciousest item to order, tasted like i was in Ireland) my mom got something lean and delicious, I canât remember what it was but it had brown rice, asparagus, and teriyaki flavored tofu I want to say? The next time we go there I want THAT! I got this Blue Cheese burger with grilled vegetables and chunky blue cheese in between a gluten free bun and all I can say is wow⌠I canât stop thinking about it. As for drinks my mom got this hard cider that tasted like BEER(in case you love beer but canât drink the wheat) it was called StrongBow, she had two or three of those and I had two orders of their special that was going on that day, A Guinness with a shot of tequila. So pretty much I was a happy girl for the rest of the day! Specially with the help of there servers, both of them were pretty amazing and professional with the big lunch rush they were going through at the time. And it was the lady servers first week working there! We were amazed with the quality of food and the helpful service we received and are DEFIANTLY coming back and hopefully you try this place as well. It looked like they had other really awesome things on the menu that were not gluten-free or vegan.
Later my mom connected with the owner in the restaurant to tell him how amazing everything was and he was just so sweet! Everything was just getting better and better the moment...
Read moreIf I could give Morgana Bar more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat. My father and I had the absolute privilege of taking a bartending course here, and it was an experience that surpassed every expectation. But what made it truly unforgettable was Dario.
Dario isnât just a bartender; heâs an alchemist, a showman, and quite possibly the most charismatic person you will ever meet behind a bar. He taught us not only the technical side of mixology but also how to infuse every cocktail with passion, creativity, and a little bit of magic. His energy is contagiousâwithin minutes, you feel like youâve known him for years. He has that rare gift of making everyone feel important and inspired.
After the course, we came back later that night to experience Morgana as a club, and it was like stepping into another world. The music, the vibe, the beautiful crowdâeverything was on point. And of course, Dario was there, somehow managing to keep the entire bar running like clockwork while still making each guest feel like they were the most important person in the room.
If youâre in Sicily, do yourself a favor: go to Morgana Bar, take the bartending class if you can, and let Dario show you how unforgettable a night out can be. Itâs an experience Iâll be talking...

My introduction to Moran's, dating back to September 2018, was the famous Moran's Burger with sweet potato wedges. I'll admit that it was a little much for me. Really good burger no doubt but between the irish bacon, truffle butter, and crispy onions, it was a bit of sensory overload. Didn't love the wedges, but gave em a shot because I typically love sweet potato fries.
I've been back 5 or 6 times since I think, and I've elected for the BYO Burger. It's the best burger I've had in Hoboken and one of the better I've ever had. Bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, sometimes avocado, medium or medium rare depending on the day. It's a BIG burger with a generous portion of outstanding fries.
If I had one complaint about the burger it would be that the bun is sometimes a little bready. But that's a nitpick.
Moran's is a MUST TRY if you want a burger in Hoboken. They have a sign outside that says Best Burger in Hoboken, and I'm here to say it's a...
