A Delightful Dim Sum Experience – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you’re a fan of authentic dim sum, this place is an absolute must-visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm service and the comforting aroma of freshly steamed dumplings. The variety on the menu was impressive—everything from classic har gow (shrimp dumplings) to perfectly crispy turnip cakes and delicate siu mai.

Each dish arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The standout for me was the char siu bao—the BBQ pork was tender and sweet, wrapped in the softest, fluffiest bun I’ve ever had. The shrimp cheung fun was silky and smooth, with just the right balance of soy and scallion. And don’t skip the egg tarts at the end—they’re flaky, creamy, and the perfect sweet bite to finish the meal.

Prices were very reasonable for the quality, and the atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in their craft, and it shows in every bite.

Let's just say we had high hopes for the soup dumplings. They were absolutely unappetizing. The stuffing had an odd texture, tasted odd, and the complementary sauce made for a bad combination. The dough of the dumpling was too thick, and made for a difficult first bite. I felt remorse for having such high hopes. If you want appetizing and quality soup dumplings, please seek other places. I don't like giving this review but this is my honest experience.

You'd also expect the rice noodle ROLL to be in a roll. It was just slices of a roll and didn't meet the expectation of what was presented in the menu. It tasted alright.

The only fairly good item was the Chow Fun. Would have been nice if they included more veggies. There was an onion slice here and there and some green leaves(?) but alas, it was a...

I gave this place a 4-star review when it first opened. We were glad to have a place nearby to order good dim sum. We had since ordered from here many times.

But our recent experience had not been good.

A couple of weeks ago when I got home with my takeout order, two of the dishes were not what I ordered.

For my most recent order over the phone, I was given an ETA of ~25 minutes. When I got there 30 minutes later, I was told it was not ready yet. I knew ETA was not meant to be exact, so I paid and waited inside. 20 minutes later, I inquired on my order again and was only told then that their chef was out and just got back. He could now start working on my order. I decided to have my money back and left.

I wish the guy who took my order and watched me wait had the courtesy to inform me of the real situation earlier. Instead, they just lost a...
