Came for a day visit to Hollywood Boardwalk and as we were looking for a lunch menu a young energetic man lured us over with a “we are new Canadian owned restaurant with the best authentic Poutines south of the border!” Being a Canadian and wanting to support we got a seat at the table! We order Tacos (chicken and pulled pork were the best) onion rings and really wanted the poutine, but they just ran out of the gravey (being delivered later that afternoon).
Being new they were unlicensed, but recommended 2 bogo restaurants that would serve us!
We were able to meet the owner and chef, who made it a point to come and meet each table in person!
Wishing you all the very best in your endeavours and hope to see you here next time...

As an American who grew up visiting family in Canada my whole life, it does not get any more authentic than this especially in the area....
