This location is with the technological aspects of today. It has WIFI and plenty of electric connection points. The news played on a large flat screen and the volume of the set was appropriate. In fast food chains like this one that operates a drive thru, the quality of the food delivered to motorist is a step down from what you would come to expect from this monster burger chain. Food is made rapidly, and often lacking an appealing look. I usually order from the ninety nine cent menu. Today it I choose the Spicy Chicken combo. Before sitting down the sandwich was examined. It was made with the poorest cut tomato and the smallest slice of chicken ever imaginable which was hidden in a leaf of lettuce Since I was a dining room customer I brought the sandwich to management and explained my issue with the order. The store manager showed excellence in customer service and the sandwich was quickly corrected. I was impressed. Dining in the store I found the tables and floor neat and clean. The windows were spotless. It earns a star for being clean, and another one for customer service. The condition of the dining room area earns it another star however, due to equal opportunity and the social demographic area. I found this location of Wendy's a very challenged group. They lack diversity in the Wendy's staff. Employees observed are 95 percent Black. They lack Hispanics, and Whites (especially white males). There is more diversity in the dining room area then there is behind the counter. The store earned a total of three stars. In reference to diversity it loses one, and another one for food quality. I agree with the social norm of 3.0. This store could be over the top if it could work harder in...
Read moreDrive thru took forever so I went inside. Guy takes my order, I go make my drink, so when my food comes up he leaves it on the counter. Cool. No biggie. But he’s nowhere to be found and now I need sauce for the nuggets because there’s none in the bag. I stand there waiting for someone to help. The girl bagging food for drive thru sticks her hand where the nuggets are and starts eating one with her mouth open. Another older employee calls her over to help her with her iPhone. She avoids eye contact with me to walk over and help the other employee with her phone. Then walks back over to stand by drive thru. Still avoiding eye contact. Now she’s digging in her ear with her finger. At this point I don’t want anything from her hand. Another employee walks by trying to avoid eye contact and I stopped her to ask for sauce. The whole time this is happening the cashier is still gone. This location will never get right. Also... the girl helping drive thru also makes the burgers. I’m not sure they wear gloves. Bon Appetit with your ear wax sandwiches. Oh and I never got a receipt. Also the fries were cold. The manager had no idea what the Strawberry Fusion soda was that’s advertised outside of...
Read moreSo as far as vegetarian options go over at Wendy's as far as all of the other establishments go like Burger King and McDonald's Wendy's is also pretty much slower to pace when it comes down to more selective options for vegetarian. So if you're someone who does have a dietary restriction, I would definitely recommend not going to Wendy's because they don't really have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options for you. Unless you're going to settle with a salad and their salads are not really filling nor are they very nutritious. So I recommend that you go to morale so you do have dietary restrictions related to vegetarianism or veganism. However, everything else is Wendy's is good. They do have really awesome sauce. If you're someone who is and meat eater and you do like to have a lot of me eating options, they do have lots of things free to eat there. They are definitely on the healthier spectrum aside from Burger King and other places for takeout and diamond and their prices are a little bit pricier than their competitors, but they do have tastier options for those...
