Starbucks — Restaurant in Homer

I refuse to use this starbucks, so much so that I threw out a gift card rather than go anywhere near this place. The workers (and manager!) are horrifically disrespectful and aggressive, not just to me. As someone who works with the general public all day, I take bad reviews with a grain of salt because I know it's usually the crazy customer not telling the full story, but I assure you all incidents are uncalled for and genuinely hurtful. I am a quiet polite person and have been shouted at and even asked to leave out of the blue. It sounds made up, but trust me, as someone with bad social anxiety I've ran through the memories many times to figure out what on earth I did. But clearly it isn't a me issue when they start doing the same freak-outs on other polite customers. I don't know if it's some kind of trendy horrible prank and thats why they shout, so that everyone nearby looks and thinks that customer must be being terrible to the "poor starbucks workers"? Now I only go to Coops Coffee down East End, where I don't leave wanting to throw up from...

I ordered a salted caramel latte, the girl who was making it was corrected multiple times by both me and the other girl working. She continued to make a toffee nut after being corrected several times. When asked about it she said that salted caramel does not exist. That every Starbucks only makes toffeenut. And the fellow coworker who corrected her at the beginning looked down and said that toffeenut is the same as salted caramel and all the Starbucks we have ordered from use toffee nut cause salted caramel does not exist. Funny that when the girl tried to double check she said no salted caramel twice an when the long haired one messed up all of a sudden Starbucks does not make any caramel coffees. This happened on mothets day 2019 I wanted to tqlk to the manager about the issue but have not had the opportunity to speak...

9 out of 10 times they don't have cold brew, despite the signs advertising it. Even with 3 people's working they can't make it? Or they don't make it right if they do have it (no ice, no foam) staff usually seems confused, rude or on their phone. Been given stale food....we give up. Just plenty of reminders to support the local...
