Waited 45 minutes for our food only to be disrespected and lied to. For some reason, they were extremely behind on about 20 orders and did not communicate that to incoming customers. I paid and sat down and waited patiently for our food to be ready. About 30 minutes in, the manager offered refunds to every single person in the building for having to wait so long. Many people took their money and left but several stayed. By the time 45 mins rolled around it was just me and another couple behind me who had only been there 5 mins. The manager approached them and offered them a refund but never spoke to me. When I spoke up and said that I had been there going on 45 mins now and was never offered a refund he ignored me and walked away. Our food was finally ready and I went and sat it down at the table and came back and again told the manager that I was the ONLY person that was never offered a refund and had been here longer than several others. He told me to go sit down and eat and that he would come and find me for the refund. We finished our meal and he still had not come to us. He finally comes out of the back and without saying a word to us walks right by us and goes to ask ANOTHER family if they had received a refund (which they had). I cleaned up our booth and was getting ready to approach him yet again when he finally came over and took my receipt. He never came back. I went to find him and they said he had gone outside to smoke. He did not give my receipt back and did not give me the refund he said he was. Not one person apologized for the terrible service we received. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy. The sauce bar was out of all of their sauces and the booths looked like they hadn't been cleaned in hours. We will NOT be returning to this location EVER. The only good thing was the employee that was working the drive thru. She was friendly and pleasant. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and he got a cheeseburger but the receipt shows we paid for the bacon cheeseburger. I had a cheeseburger and even with the onions and pickles on it, it had no flavor at all, it tasted like eating raw meat, no seasoning at all, which is funny because the fries were over seasoned to the point they were orange and too salty to eat. We also ordered a tender snack and they were good. I reached out to the local restaurant and to corporate and they did nothing about the fact that we paid for one thing and got something else. You would think spending over $34 you would at least get the correct order. Do yourself a favor and spend your money...

From the horrible drive thru location, to my food being basically slung out the window at me because they’re “making speed.” I got all the way home, and my food was wrong. I asked for a double cheese combo with no onion, and it had extra onion! Glad I didn’t decide to just chow down, considering the fact that I’m highly allergic. It ruined my whole day and my experience with milo’s after I just recently started to like them. I work in service myself, but I would never provide that customer experience to anyone. I mean it was just down right awful. Not to mention, the management from top to bottom is awful. You can hear confrontation from the window, and no one really seemed to care that my order was wrong.
