I actually was trying to be open-minded and just think the lady who took our order may have been having a bad day but she carried herself as if my mother, my brother and I were an inconvenience to her by being there. Very dry and snippy as if we specifically had been getting on her nerves all day and no one was in line when we got there and no one in line behind us. They food was pretty good and they put soy sauce, duck sauce, spoons and forks in the bag for us. This was about my third time going there. I usually order online then just pick it up. Normally when I eat here I’m satisfied but today was different . I order honey chicken and I do understand honey chicken is sweet but their honey chicken is super sweet, taste like sugar wasn’t mixed in properly because I can taste the grit from the sugar in the breading of my chicken . I’ve had honey chicken before and it didn’t taste like grit and sugar. When I called to address the issue I was told honey chicken is sweet that’s how it’s suppose to be and I couldn’t replace it with anything else . Then the phone hung up on my face . Really...

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! As many others have said, woman at the front was extremely rude. We walked in and the first thing she asks for is money. I said I wanted to check the food before I paid. She proceeds to send the cook in to get started on my order 45 mins after it was meant to be picked up. She kept asking me to pay, yet again, before she even packed the food.
