420eats — Restaurant in Hot Springs

There is a big variety here as long as everything is opened. We went there today for Indian food but she wasn't opened. We settled on Thai food and sadly the food took 35 minutes to prepare the food. I want to say that's normal for high quality food and that it was our job to call ahead so I'm going to take the blame for that but the idea of a food truck is usually a speedy meal. It's also not super cheap at any of these places which also seems to miss the idea that the food truck restaurant is a money saving option on both sides. What I will say is that overall the experience is nice because you could come here with a big group and there will be at least two restaurants to choose from during the day and perhaps more at night. Three trucks were closed when we arrived at 11:45 AM. This should be full swing lunch time but it was more of a 2/5 swing. UPDATE: I tried the food at work off and on while clocked back in and it's good..the Thai egg rolls and tea are exceptionally good. The atmosphere and live music was the best part of this place. But unfortunately that gets short lived due to some terrible service and/or mediocre food. The Hibachi food truck took forever to get us our food and even when we asked for a time frame, the young lady up front was told that they weren’t sure when it’ll be ready. It was about an hour in and we were still told to wait longer because it was “almost” ready. Terrible service. The Mexican food truck was quick, but the food tasted like it was a couple days old. Overall, you go for the hangouts and vibes, but you can probably get better food and service someplace else....

The food was great! Definitely recommend the taco truck, just don’t use the bathroom. A couple people were waiting on a friend to be finished with the restroom. She was in there, maybe 5 minutes?
