Well to say the least I am extremely irate. We went out to eat for first time since the Father’s Day flood of which our basement was also affected. Although our home wasn’t as bad as most - it has been incredibly stressful. I asked to put lettuce on my 6 year olds slim and the man asked a black woman who than stated extremely rudely “that can’t be done”. I asked to pay for it and she stated NO. She gave me one option of purchasing a bigger option. So I had to pay like 3.00 for friggen lettuce on my child’s sandwich who obviously could only eat a tiny portion of the whole thing. I asked why every other time it’s been fine to add lettuce and why it’s such a big deal that I can’t even order a friggen side of lettuce since she was standing right there making the sandwich before I even ordered it... she rolled her eyes and gave me NO reply! Thanks for adding extra stress and a really upsetting dinner with my husband and children! With over 18 years of customer service I can tell you no ones bad day should ever have to be bad enough to treat a customer the way that you did in front of their six and nine year old! I just ordered Jimmy Johns, and they had my food to me in 2 minutes. Excellent service. What a legendary food chain. Oh, and thy food was fantastic. The driver appeared to be a gentleman and a scholar whose generosity was exceeded only by uncanny good looks. I would let this man date my daughter and become part of my family. Now lets talk about the JJ Gargantuan. I wasn't ready for this sandwich. Every bite filled my life with wonder and joy. The staff here is always in a deep conversation, or not paying attention to what they're doing, and it always takes a long time to get food. My partner went to get us food and she is vegetarian and ordered the veggie sub. This sandwich came loaded with turkey. She has been vegetarian for almost 10 years, and this can seriously affect her health. My sandwich was also wrong. To the staff - please be mindful of what you are doing, as people could have dietary restrictions or allergies....
