Waited over 15 minutes at the microphone and no one took our order at 9:45 p.m. There wasn't a line really and the workers were just playing around inside not even worried about customers honking. We thought the microphone was broken so we went to the window were the worker was being so ghetto and unprofessional. We told her no one took our order for 15 minutes she said she never heard the bell ring & didn't even know she had any customers. I asked to speak to the manager and she didn't do anything about the womans ghetto ratchet behavior except laugh that we just wasted our gas and didn't even get a chance to order. I told her she needed to do her job and she refused to take my order correctly after telling her the order 6 times I gave up because she seemed to be on crack or pills. I don't understand how management can sit there and clearly see a person who is high or drunk and not do anything about the customers being extremely unsatisfied. There was no point in having a manager there if she couldn't understand to take the order either. This is one of the worst restaurants I have visited in Houston. I do not suggest going to this location unless you want to waste gas and leave without food. I would like to follow up with corporate except they don't take the complaints seriously or they would have e corrected the problem immediately. Read moreI visited this location numerous times in the past and didnt have any problems but my last two visits have been troublesome. Today (1/23/19 @5:15pm) I called, I talked to a woman. I informed her of my most recent visit. My visit was on 1/12/19 @ 11:46pm. My spouse and I went through the drive thru and ordered. The woman said welcome to whataburger.. we laughed...no biggie. We waited 14 minutes on our food, ok once again it's no biggie..it was 40 degrees outside, we wanted hot late night munchies. We get home and the whole order was all kinds of messed up. The $27.68 (I have the receipt in my hand) we spent, we at least wanted something in the order to be correct. I called back and stated what happened and the person, whom stated they were in charge said ty hey were sorry and bring the receipt back in order for them to replace the order when I was ready (they obviously knew they had shorted us on the ingredients and the food was not correct). So.. back to today, we were ready for the replacement. I called and a woman had a attitude as long as trump's planned boarder wall. After 20 mins of her speaking to me, and my spouse, then calling her "boss" she says I replace one burger.. one...a $6 burger from an almost $28 order?? I went through the drive way today 10/7 and to start, was charged the wrong amount. The lady swiped my card without confirming my order and proceeded to give me the receipt. I paid for someone else’s order. Never was there an apology, instead, I was asked why I would just pay without knowing. Gee, I guess I was trusting your professionalism, assuming you can do your job. I was asked my order again which I repeated. I was given my food and I proceeded to drive away. I have already spent 15 minutes through this process so I was driving away quickly. Before I even exited I noticed I had the wrong meal, again! I went inside with my food and said you all need to fix this. The guy said oh I can give you your money back. He acted upset that I would come in to complain about having the wrong meal twice. He came back with my money, threw away the food and sent me on my way.
