Jethro's Cocktail Lounge, CONGRATULATIONS on your “Grand Opening,” and welcome to the neighborhood. What an exceptional spot, with a great ambiance and vibe. From its inside seating to the patio, you can’t go wrong.

Jethro's handcrafted drink menu is truly something to be sampled. Each drink has its own distinct and delicious taste. A quick shout out of APPRECIATION to Jess for his Exceptional Bartending Services. His drink craftsmanship is truly something to be commended and sampled; each drink is meticulously crafted and is truly on point. In addition, his customer service skills, knowledge of the bar, and attention to detail are first-rate.

I would be remiss if I didn’t commend and extend my gratitude to the Owner/Management and Staff for their kindness and hospitality on Tuesday (4.30.2024). Each of these wonderful individuals takes their job(s) seriously and treats all their customers with such "high" regard; for that, I would like to compliment them.

A MUST VISIT

New favorite place by miles. There are so many places in houston that are trying too hard without upholding integrity (all show no substance). Whoever is running this place, massive respect.

Classy Loungey feel without being pretentious. Bathrooms are nicely designed and not an afterthought and CLEAN. If you know about the correlation between bathrooms and how places are run, you'll be more than pleased.

Service from Felicia and Mark was excellent which is so refreshing from typical bartenders in midtown.

Cocktails are simple, well balanced, tried 6 cocktails and all of them were fantastic--and the prices are so reasonable. Tired of bars having 16 dollar cocktail that are garbage.

Excellent burger fries combo for $7, unheard of deal nowadays! Such a great deallllll would have paid full price, but it was definitely a huge selling point that brought us in, and super glad about it.

Really hope enough houstonians discover and come support because this place is a freaking gem. Will come only to this bar now. Easily one of the best places all...

Jethro has been a place I’ve passed by and decided to go last night for a smash burger. Atmosphere and staff were very nice. Stuck with a burger and fries but will try drinks another time. Unfortunately there isn’t anything positive I can say about the burger. My girlfriend and friend’s burger arrived super burned and we had to ask them to remake it. The staff gave us no issues on that which I’m grateful for. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only burger related issue: No seasoning on the patty, extremely greasy and had a super oily bun. Overall no flavor and I left feeling 20 years older for ingesting all of the grease that resided in the beefy concoction. The reason I’m being this harsh on the burger is because that’s the only food item on the menu, so I was expecting at the very least a decent attempt. Fries were seasoned well but could’ve been better. Hopefully that aspect improves but until then I’ll be eating salads and boiled...
