Came here after a comedy show on a Friday night but it was pretty empty when I arrived.

there were 3 couples at the bar all with drinks. I sat waiting for about 15 min before I was approached by one of the bartenders.

I ordered 2 drinks and a large party came in with about 8 people, they received their drinks before me.

At this point I was there for 30 min before I received my first drink. My friend paid for this round and I wanted to order more drinks. I kept looking at the bartender to try to get either one of their attention and had no luck.

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The bartenders did not greet themselves & ignored us & we even put or card on file. In the picture above is the manager who needs a class on customer service & team management because he did nothing after us complaining about the service of the bartenders. We had to send a drink back because it was absolutely disgusting & that alone took 15 minutes for them to do.
