Summary: Ordered in house. Asked for honey to go with nuggets. Printed on food receipt. Never got it. I had to remind the "server" that i had ordered 2 mcChickens and then i had to go back and call over and say I also had a large soda. He said he always forgets. I called 3x to notify them i didn't get correct condiments and just sounds like a disconnected number or something like that.
I don't have a receipt because it was unable to print one using the kiosk. One didn't take credit card and the other (without a sign) didn't print a purchase receipt.
McDonald's-registered complaint: I asked for honey for my nuggets, it was an option on the kiosk. I asked for it bundled with nuggets and separately. I didn't get any. I could not get a printed receipt from the kiosk without notification it was broken (other kiosk was broken and said no cards with a taped sign), when my order was called and i didn't know the order number but the guy at the counter kept saying an order number and staring at me, so I apologized that I didnt know my order number. I told him what I ordered. He said oh yeah, forgot the chicken mcpatties. I said ok. i walked away and realized that he forgot my soda. I reminded him and he said he always forgets drinks. He was very pleasant. I then left and fed my kids and there was no honey sauce despite trying to add it by two methods. The condiments generally resembled what I asked for, but no honey and the numbers otherwise don't seem to match. I can't file a direct complaint since I dont have a receipt as the kiosk is broken. I have a pick up order 994 and a credit card statement. It was a very unpleasant experience and if i didn't remember to ask for my mcChicken and soda, I would have not had 1/4 my order. Read more2025 Update... When it gets later at night, they won't take any orders in the to-go line. They'll only fill orders from DoorDash or the McDonalds app. So if you are looking to order and pay in cash, you're out of luck.

Find a different store, unless you enjoy wasting an hour to get a lukewarm burger...
This place is always extremely slow, but especially at night.
From roughly midnight until about 6am, they don't take credit/debit cards. They won't take orders over the speaker, they make you sit in line for about 45 mins while they take orders 1 item at a time, then stop you so they can run in and ask if that item is available.
For. Every. Single. Item.
Then you have to repeat your entire order again, so they can write it down on a piece of paper. Then they have to go see how much the order is. They round the price up to the nearest dollar, so what should cost $3.59 actually costs $4.00. Everything is written on a piece of paper, so don't even ask for a receipt to verify prices, or ask them about the price, as they'll simply sneer at you and close the window.
After they give you your change, prepare to wait an additional 10-15 mins for your order, no matter how small. But don't worry, you'll be able to spend that time watching the employees standing around, laughing and playing on their phones.
When you do receive your food, don't expect a chance to ask for any condiments or napkins, as they'll pretty much throw the bag at you and slam the door as fast as possible, ignoring your calls and waves to get their attention.
Your food will most likely be incorrect, and lukewarm at best. But you'll be able to play "Crush the Parking Lot Trash" on the way out, as it doesn't seem to have been...
