We hosted our PEG conference at the Whitehall from June 26-28, 2019 and absolutely loved it! Our first evening reception was held at Part & Parcel outdoors and I cannot compliment the staff enough, especially Erica Storch. They took so much care in the location, food, placement and back up plans in case of rain. They were so easy to get a hold of and the whole conference ran so smooth. The staff at this hotel bar / restaurant is great! Jose and Martha (who I saw most often during my weeklong stay at the Whitehall hotel) we exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing! Service was quick, drinks were tasty and reasonably priced by hotel standards. The big hitch was closing the tab. The POS system was clearly slowing the team down. I go to Part & Parcel every week. It is my favorite place to grab a drink downtown because the building blocks the harsh sun and a nice breeze is always blowing through. Bartenders Adam and Jose are always friendly and very attentive. Most of the time they already have my drink poured before I even get to the bar.
